The employees are a regular mix of semi-disgruntled people and cheery people that don't look like they've been ground down by the USPS procedures and protocols and procedures just yet. Large PO box room with new key style boxes . Tough to get a smaller box at this PO - the population is pretty high and there are a lot of businesses too/ officeparks. It seems that the lines here are always long and purely because they don't move quite all that fast ever. Especially during the busiest time of year. You are better off doing the postage at home and dropping it here. If you are just doing envelopes, you can stay in your car and use one of the many boxes outside but they only have smaller slits for the envelope sizes, no packages.

I was worried that the package I sent was not going to arrive today (8/25/2021), because the scheduled date and time kept changing from 8/24/2021 to today 8/25/2021 w/ time changing from 10am - 2pm, to 2:15pm, then stated delivery by 9pm. I adv. the PA I was concerned that my package was not going to be delivered because of the constant change in time deliver. PA was VERY hostile, argumentative and would always talk over me & it was nearly impossible for me to get a word. I asked what the next step would be if the package was not delivered. The PA insisted that it will be delivered today and would not give me an answer. He did not give me an answer because 1. He is arrogant hostile person, 2. He doesn't care about customers & 3. Today was the last chance - I entered the office at 4:55 and I know they were closing soon but the door was open and I apologized for my late entry. The clerk refused to process my envelopes as she had to lock up. Worst service ever. The Northbridge clerk actually enjoys her work and offers a warm welcome. It's a pleasure to go there. I will only be going to Northbridge from now on.

We did find out that they only take QR codes for fed ex and USPS. The fact they don't take QR codes for UPS was kind of crappy. The place was clean and I really love that. They offered free tape to be able to close your packages if needed. They had mailboxes in a large selection of packing products if you need them..

I've been here a few times now and overall, I've had good experiences. I really like the…read moreconvenience of being able to use one place for UPS and USPS. We were told they accept USPS barcodes/QR codes, just not UPS ones, and we've come in several times with USPS QR codes and they've scanned them, printed the labels, and sent us on our way without any issues. Today was a little different because there was a new associate and they had a sticker label machine, which I actually think is much easier and more convenient. The only issue was that the machine ran out of paper for one of the labels, so he had to manually enter it since he couldn't reprint it. One of my other QR codes also wasn't scanning, so that label had to be printed instead of using the sticker machine. I was charged $.53 for the printed labels, which obviously isn't a big deal and I paid it without an issue. I was just a little confused because before they had the sticker machine, they were printing the labels for us and I was never charged. I asked how I would know ahead of time which QR code would get a sticker and which one would require a printed label, and I was told it just depends on how it scans. That seems a little strange to me and could definitely use some clarification so customers know what to expect. Overall, I still like coming here because it's convenient and I've had good experiences the other times I've gone. I just think the labeling/printing process and the fees could be explained a little more clearly.
