Kudos to a careful and conscientious moving service. Great respect shown for all of my items and care taken not to damage them. Movers showed up promptly at the pre-arranged time, and leading up to the move, there were several communications to guarantee time of the meeting and the plan. Upfront communication of pricing, expected services to be provided. Nate was always immediately available by either text or phone. I plan on using this company again when I move away from the Syracuse area as part of a planned move in 2018. While I did see other moving companies online with competitive rates, the difference in price was small and the service rendered by this company would be hard to beat. After a truck trouble delay (not their fault) the 4 guys got right to work with Nate directing the furniture/box Tetris. They respected my belongings (wrapping delicate pieces and watching tight spots) and didn't complain about the stairs or heavy-ass Peloton bike. Loading up always takes longer but the team powered through and emptied the truck quickly at our destination. They even took a moment to celebrate my awesome new basement. It's perfect for our kids and kept them busy while the laundry was done. The other positive is that it's across the street from a coffee shop. Of course, the coffee shop is open during normal hours. The machines are clean even though they look dated. They are also through in cleaning and drying. Which, is what you want in a laundry. Parking is in their lot but there is also street parking if it gets that bad. One of our better laundry visits.
