Had some issues returning it, but nothing severe. First was when dropping it off, the worker didn't ask for any names for the reservation and had to go back in after putting the trailer away. Secondly, worker had me put the trailer away at their parking area, which wasn't how it was done in the other locations and took me a bit; signs also indicated to drop trailer off at drop off lane.
