It's nice to go to a small, personal business, instead of a large post office, where it feels so transactional and they're just trying to get to the next customer. The staff at Pony Express takes their time and interacts with their customers, making everyone feel important and appreciated. Great customer service is a lost art, but I'm grateful Pony Express still offers it.
