I have lived in North East, PA for 10 years and my wife has lived here for 35+ years. I had been…read moreresearching for a quality local auto service business for a couple of weeks, someone who was trustworthy and "old school" aka, how businesses used to be run. I decided to try West Main Sales and Service, as I have frequently driven pass their business, read only quality online reviews, and wanted to see if they truly upheld what they proclaim: "We're famous for: Friendly, reliable service Helpful, experienced staff Honest Service at Fair Prices Flexible drop off and pick up hours" I would start by sayIng, excellent and friendly customer service. Honest and fair pricing. I asked for a quote via Yelp for 2 new front bearings/hubs as well as PA inspection. Emailed me back immediately, and quote was already itemized (parts, labor, tax) and spot on (no typical assertive up-sale, or "unneeded recommendations." Service did an A++ job, and parts are warranted for 3 years. I highly recommend West Main Sales and Service to anyone. I will be continuing to service my family's vehicles here for as long as they continue to uphold, in my opinion, (and I've worked in the auto business for many years) one of the finest in the industry. For what it's worth "Yelpers"- I am not related to, nor do I know anyone who works for, or has worked for this business. This is a 100% genuine review.

The team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process--they coordinated transportation and had the RV delivered from western PA to NJ in perfect time for an event we were planning to attend. Even after the sale was complete, they continued to go above and beyond. As they located additional keys and documentation, they promptly forwarded everything to us without hesitation. It's clear they truly care about their customers. I would definitely recommend NFI to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dealership, and I'd happily work with them again if the opportunity arises!

Which leads you into this tale about NFI Empire. In 2024 I was selling my 1996 F150. - Under 75,000 miles Under 10K for a pretty - truck that I loved but never really trusted. Ryan from NFI Empire called me expressing interest in my truck. We discussed my price point - he felt it was in the ballpark of fair AS-IS - depending if serial numbers, VIN, and mileage all checked out...and there were no unobvious concerns. He offered his services in helping to sell my truck and I declined his offer. A few weeks later Ryan called back and convinced me to drive the truck out to North East for them to take a look at and see if they were interested in selling it on consignment. They gave me the impression they were going to give the truck a fine point inspection and cleaning...and then talk about a consignment. I needed to place a 400 dollar deposit. I agreed. A few weeks later they called me back and said- dude love the truck- as is you are right ou could probably get 8-10 for it as is...but we don't want it that way. We want to put a lift on it and restore it back to better than it was when it came off the line... We want to put like 15 K into it to try and get a ton of money for it. I did math and was like well fine- buy it from me for 8 do all that shit you want to do- and make all the money y'all want. Naw- they want me to have them fix it up on my dime; list it there....and then we are both in the making it rain business. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the waste of my time... Asked for my 400 dollar deposit back - and was told no. So I got my truck back- not cleaned up in the least... Not treated all that well.... And sitting in their office for a few hours waiting on them to play games - I got to sit an listen to how - not so above board these gents are. Unfortunately for them - I counsel quite a few kids with a bunch of money and independence - Guess where I steer them away from...just like I am steering you away from. Definitely do not list your vehicle with these guys. They will use you, waste your time, and rip you off for a few bucks. Their vehicles look incredible and they may be...but there are hundreds of places to buy cars. You should probably do that somewhere where you aren't worried about getting taken advantage of? Hope that was with the 400 bones NFI Empire. BTW got 7,700 for the truck - got it to a 17 year old who is loving it...and it has been in now more than a few senior pictures on the interweb. That feels way way way better than NFI to me. Cheers

The staff was very knowledgeable and asked me to bring the RV in for review. I made a second trip with the RV to meet with A J (the installer). He assured me that he could do the job and we then scheduled a date for the install a couple weeks later and I gave them a deposit to order some parts which they thought might be necessary. I came back on the scheduled date and the job was completed in about 3 hours at a cost less than the original estimate. A J reviewed the new installation with me and showed us how to use the new Pioneer AVH-2550NEX unit. One of the parts they ordered was not actually needed, so we even got a refund credit for the unused part back on our credit card. We are very satisfied with their skill and customer service and recommend their service very highly. Thank you very much for a great experience! It was well worth driving the 65 miles from our home in Warren County on each visit to get this job done at a very reasonable cost less than we expected.
