I want to do this review because apparently nobody has reviewed Auto Express Kia before…read more I have owned a Kia Soul since 2014 and have had no problems with it at all. It has been a very reliable car and the only time I visit a dealership has been for maintenance. So I drove on my vacation from California to North East Pennsylvania and I had a check engine light come on twice and then it would go away after a day. Otherwise the car drove perfect. I saw a TV commercial for Auto Express Kia and decided that it would be a good idea to have them look at it. I went there and found that this store is connected to Off-Road Express which sells motorcycles and other items, which I found very interesting. Anyway I did not expect to have the problem handled immediately, as I had no appointment. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who told me that they will look at the codes to determine what was wrong and would even fix a few burnt out light bulbs (car is 4 years old, a bulb going out is normal). He told me to come back in an hour, as they were getting ready to break for lunch. So I went inside to the waiting room and was very pleased to find comfortable chairs, water and snacks with a big TV and free WiFi. Now also being a motorcycle buff, you know I spent a lot of time looking at bikes. I came back just shortly after 1 p.m. and was taken care of immediately. In about an hour, I had the car back, everything fixed. Apparently the computer needed an update that Kia was aware of involving this issue, which they took care of under warranty and bulbs had been replaced which I was charged a modest price for parts/labor. My general impression is this is a very good dealership with polite, customer focused employees.

This is just a "perspective" evaluation! May be the best company in the world! Reason for never…read morebuying from this company or others owned by this man is because of his shady advertising! First, he has the shadiest guy trying to promote his product lines. I wouldn't buy a car from this guy even if I it was discounted to 75% off! It's the biggest used car advertising with shady salesmen as the front man! First impressions say a lot! This is shallow I suppose but advertising should bring you in not turn you away!

When I arrived at dealership it was a Saturday afternoon. Staff was wrapped up and in a hurry to leave. I made my purchase expecting a full tank of gas and another set of keys. Not! I had to get my own gas. I was told sorry we only have 1 set of keys. The real kicker is when I had to replace all 4 tires after spending an excess of $35,000 dollars at this dealership!! Then the rear privacy cover was also missing. I do not recommend this business. I am paying good money for this vehicle and this is how you treat customers. Karma goes a long way! As I will post this everywhere!!

Bought the dream car and owned it less than a month when the SAME THING happened -- distracted driver smashed the new car while it was parked in front of my house. I took the car to Platinum, where Eric fixed it to perfection. The car is metallic orange (Nissan's "monarch orange" paint) and I was worried that the paint wouldn't match exactly -- but the finished body work was EXCELLENT and the paint job is flawless! The car had been damaged once before I bought it, so Eric not onlyrepaired the "mistakes" the former mechanics had made, but restored my car to "like new" condition. I can't rave about Platinum Auto enough. They not only do amazing work, but they're good, honest, decent people as well. Best body shop in Erie, in my opinion!
