USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL....doesn't matter. They do it all. Plus, you can get documents notarized here like the UPS center on D.W. Highway. The thing that doesn't make much sense to me are all the negative reviews. I mean, it's a POSTAL center. How do you bash a postal center? What? Di-...did they take too long to print out your receipt? I just happened by this place as I was in search of a FedEx drop off point. I came here with a label already printed on the box to ship, handed it to the guy, and that was it. Package arrived the very next morning, as promised via the overnight label. Quick, neat, simple. The location is also wicked convenient for us, since it's located in the same outlet vicinity as Market Basket and Chic-Fil-A. If you can't find those two places then I just dunno. ¯\_( ° °)_/¯ So, yeah. NH does consolidated postal centers as opposed to the traditional stand-alone services. No wonder I couldn't find any USPS kiosks in Nashua. Postal Service USA gets 5 packages stamped for overnight delivery out of 5.

The location is clean, and easily found. The STAFF, are great. Helpful, courteous, efficient, NICE! and polite. Well lit, easily accessed. They are a rare commodity in the world of US Government employees. The Staff here, also remind me of the US Post Office, Somersworth, New Hampshire, who are just as considerate, kind and caring. They are also just wonderful to work with and very, very polite and kind. Two great Post Offices, in the same State..go figure! Also, they are totally professional and have never messed up or lost anything for me. The lines are short-to-nonexistent, there's rarely more than a 5 minute wait. Even the building is cool in an old fashioned government-building kind of way. It's located right in the middle of town. There's a parking lot in back, but sometimes fills up. They will tow you if you park there for any other reason than going to the PO, so don't do that. If the lot is full, use the cheap and convenient town parking garage half a block away. PS And I have to put in a good word for our mail carriers, who also work out of this building. Ours takes great care of us, and I noticed he goes out of his way to help an older mobility-challenged person in our neighborhood get their mail easily. The mail carrier in our previous neighborhood was awesome too.

A disaster. I mailed a package and sent with delivery confirmation. The package was left under the mailbox in the rain and was vandalized. Someone smashed the side of the box and removed a pair of gold earrings leaving the soggy crinkled smashed box behind. I tried 8 times yesterday to call the post office. The phone rings for number of minutes and then disconnects. I am going to try today again. usps will hopefully cover $100 of their insurance but I am out $200.

THAT is the biggest drawback of using this location, the potential for an accident, NOT customer service, which is efficient and well-managed, or package delivery, which is the only reliable way to get packages to certain locations. like my daughter in MS, where USPS delivery only works promptly 50 % of the time. Packing services are excellent. I sent very fragile crystal champagne glasses, packed by them, that survived the 2500-mile journey!!! A bit expensive ( except the free Amazon returns), but all shipping is expensive right now! At least this one will ship your package successfully!
