I went on a weekday around 5pm. It wasn't that crowded but there were a steady flow of people coming in and going out. There were two, postal workers there when I went. One was helping someone process a passport. She was quick and thorough. She provided the customer with a lot of information. The other postal worker was taking her time with an elderly woman. She helped her through the process of mailing packages. She was very patient and kind to her. They were both very friendly, efficient, helpful, and professional! I looked for the https... it was there and the link took me to the USPS website. The undetected red flag was the .74cent charge to re-route the parcel. Too late...I hit the button!! The clerk (I neglected to get his name) at this branch took the time to explain to me why and how this message that I received, was in fact, Fraudulent!! He made a couple of great suggestions and I did exactly what he told me. I immediately left to go to my bank! The branch Manager let me know that 5/3 Security had blocked that .74cent charge, put in for a new card, and put an expedient rush on it. It certainly is nice to see that there are exceptional, professional, and kind people out there doing More than their job. Integrity goes a long way! A sign was pointed out to me that they don't pass mail over the counter. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told to wait. Then after about 5 minutes was informed he was too busy. Showed a picture of the snow in front of the box which also showed my driveway. The employee said "You were able to clear your driveway. Why can't you clear in front of the mailbox?"
