I really appreciate good costumer service, I know that we are all human and have own issues, but when you're at work you have to present yourself with professionalism- just like what I had experienced at the car registration renewal today. There's only two people ahead of me, and the wait was not long at all when it's my turn. I was done in less than 5 minutes. As long as you have everything you need- you're done very fast. You have to remember to bring your checkbook or cash to save for the additional charges if you pay with a credit card.

I was not a plaintiff or defendant merely an outsider observing family court. When you have, not one attorney, but a Guardian Ad Litem, County Attorney and a private attorney, telling you it is a bad idea for you to send a child with a complete stranger to another state and you do so anyways you're a terrible judge. Although it seemed the child had two useless social workers also (Williams and Gaines). This particular case seemed botched, but then again I have seen this judge botch other cases as well. I was fully expecting this to be similar to a DMV experience with crazy long lines and unavoidable headaches - but this was quick and painless. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment, and was able to snag a 9:30 a.m. slot for the next day. I will say that finding the right phone number to call took some digging - I started with the number listed on Apple Maps, but was stuck on hold for a long time with what I'm assuming was the national SSA line. Then - I pulled up their Yelp page, found a different number listed, and was connected to this local office within seconds. If you're reading this review - the correct number is (866) 504-4224. Another note - this office requires masks. They do have disposable ones available near the door if you forgot one at home. Making an appointment is definitely the move. When I arrived, there were around a dozen other parties waiting in the lobby - but after signing in, my name was called just a few minutes later. From then on, I was served quickly and sent on my way. The woman assisting me was friendly and efficient. I spent less than 20 minutes at this office in total ... which is totally unheard of when it comes to government services.

This 24-hour post office deserves a 5-star review...if it was still open for 24-hours…read more For years, the Airport Post Office was my go-to place to send out mail on a deadline. I can't count the number of times I rushed here at 10:00pm to get something postmarked on time. Every time I used their services, my mail got to where it needed to be in tact and on schedule. The staff was always courteous and helpful, regardless the time of day. In the past year, this post office changed its hours. It is no longer open late: Monday-Friday 9:00am-7:00pm and Saturday 12:00pm-6:00pm. That's only an hour later than my local post office (considering the extra hour spent driving out to Hebron.) The whole point of the Airport Post Office is convenience, especially since it's located at the Grand Central Mail Station: THE AIRPORT! Cincinnati needs a late night post office for us business folks pushing the deadline. I hope the post office reconsiders their hours and begins to operate in the evenings again. In the mean time, you'll find me camping out at UPS, paying $40 to deliver a letter that needed to be received yesterday.

He was more than helpful to a senior citizen traveling to Louisville with her dog. He was polite, courteous and attuned to my plight and my trepidation in such a situation. He stayed with me until I could get off the interstate and gave me excellent directions to the tire store, which he had already called to make sure the had the tire I needed to continue my journey.
