    My family has had issues with the Casper USPS for a while now. Everything from missing packages to…read moremail not being delivered and then appearing in our mailbox a few hours later. I do believe there is theft going on within the employees because two of our missing packages contained debit cards. The tracking for both cards showed they had been delivered to our mailbox, but we got nothing. We tried filing complaints multiple times but was told the same thing; to give them the tracking so they could look at where the package was last located. All that does is tell them where the package was scanned last. I believe that whoever took the cards also activated them because my mother ended up with three fraudulent charges from her account; two from clothing companies and one from Steam games. The other missing packages contained Pet ID tags, important papers, makeup, etc; I had ordered some jewelry online and the package had been marked as "delivered" but no package at out mailbox. Our landlord ended up finding my package in an un-owned mailbox in one of the other three buildings. I think the mailman put the package in that mailbox so they could retrieve it once they were done working. They also can't answer their phones for the life of them. I tried to call them earlier to ask a question about tracking and the phone rang for nearly five minutes. I tried calling back only to have someone answer and then instantly hang up. I had also mailed something out to the Federal Student Aid and they never received it. It either got lost in the mail, they never mailed it, or it was stolen by one of the employees. I agree that the Casper USPS need to be investigated, especially after seeing others people having similar issues. Will an investigation happen? Probably not. Find out next time on "Dragon Ball Z"!

    Writing a review for a recent and still unresolved issue for the UPS store in Casper off of Thelma…read moreDrive. My Aunt sent a valuable piece of artwork via overnight shipping from this store to Denver, Co. The package was expected to arrive Thursday, June 18, but never showed up. The tracking on the package changed the scheduled delivery time to 9pm the next day, every day for the past week and has not yet been delivered. My aunt initially called the store and was assured the issue would be resolved, and the owner of the store would personally reach out to the delivery facility to guarantee the package had arrived on Monday. Last night, the package delivery date got changed to today, Wednesday the 24th and still has not arrived. When my aunt physically went into the store, the employees and owner were unable to give any explanation as to why the package had not arrived and it was very apparent the owner had done nothing to resolve the issue when they asked, "Oh, it still hasn't arrived?" When she asked for a refund for an overnight payment as it has been over a week since the ship date, she was told that the store isn't responsible for the package once it leaves their facility and they just handle the shipping. The store is literally branded and titled "UPS Store", yet there is no accountability to make sure that packages get to their destinations in a reasonable fashion. The customer service is beyond poor. I absolutely DO NOT recommend using them for any sort of business, especially if your package has any kind of value to you. We are in the middle of handling an estate sale and due to Covid it is mostly being handled online, a lot of packages will be getting shipped to people via mail. USPS guarantees a refund if packages do not arrive by a certain time, and we will be using them moving forward. This UPS store franchise has no integrity and just lost the potential for a lot of revenue.

She was exceptionally kind, caring, and made me feel very welcome. Every experience I have had with everyone who works there has been positive and professional, and always with a genuine smile and effort. There have also been many times where I was given a boost of good cheer, and they are definitely wonderful people. They accomplish a lot for customers, and I am very happy with them, their services, their professional customer service, and above all their consistent kindness to me. If I could give them 100 stars I would. :-) M.
