I'm still embarrassed and I absolutely don't condone what I did... But I got into a position where I was going to be a few hours late for pick up... Luckily I was working with Trisha and Josh, who I'm sure weren't thrilled, but we ended up working out a scenerio where I was still able to get my things when I arrived late and I greatly appreciate them helping me out of a jam... We had a lot of questions both before and during the process (we've never refinished floors before), and they always responded immediately. They were very knowledgable and accommodating. Excellent customer service. When they replaced the damaged sections in our floor, they blended the work in perfectly: you can't even tell where the floor was replaced. Our floors turned turned out beautifully! I highly recommend them. Only thing I would suggest is just a general homeowner recommendation to think about options for protecting your baseboards, ours were freshly painted so there wasn't much they could do (if they hadn't been freshly painted I know they would have taped them for the staining portion, but I'm not sure about the sanding portion). Even so, these guys did their best to work around our fresh paint. They did a great job!

Wyatt and Collin showed up promptly at 10am and started unloading the boxes. They were fast!! Pretty much done unloading by 10:40 and then helped us put the bed frame back together and rearrange furniture. They were friendly and helpful and I am so glad I found the company online since we decided we needed help at the last minute!
