When I had problems with the motor that was covered…read moreunder warranty, I dropped it off with a $200 deposit the first part of December. 7 MONTHS later, I still do not have a vacuum but have had several excuses as to why it is not fixed. Now, not only do I not get any calls from the owner/manager, they don't return calls let alone answer their phones!! I have filed an official complaint with the company against this store in hopes that I will get a working vacuum back before 2023!! Do not do any business with them!!!!!
