I let him know he was a no show for the first and he got upset saying he was not that I never scheduled the appt. in the first place. I told him I have the text to prove it, and just yelled "I'm done" And then I just said ok. And he went on to answer and repeat everything he had just said in an ugly tone and upset. I just told him to have a nice d a y and no thank you for his services. I know people have bad days....but I had proof of what I was telli g him and always had a shovanistic way of saying he is always right. Never got upset with him or offended him for him to get sooo rude and yell on the phone.

It took 3-4 days for delivery. I called him to make the repair but got a voicemail saying he was out of town for a week or so. My tenant needed their stove so I asked them if they thought they could install it. They tried and did it. A week later Phil, the Appliance Doctor, finally returned my call and was grumpy and unprofessional. I asked him to reduce the fee based on what happened -- he couldn't find the part and then wasn't available for the installation. He argued with me then hung up the phone. I just wanted to reduce the initial fee which I think was fair and reasonable.
