Writing a review for a recent and still unresolved issue for the UPS store in Casper off of Thelma Drive. My Aunt sent a valuable piece of artwork via overnight shipping from this store to Denver, Co. The package was expected to arrive Thursday, June 18, but never showed up. The tracking on the package changed the scheduled delivery time to 9pm the next day, every day for the past week and has not yet been delivered. My aunt initially called the store and was assured the issue would be resolved, and the owner of the store would personally reach out to the delivery facility to guarantee the package had arrived on Monday. Last night, the package delivery date got changed to today, Wednesday the 24th and still has not arrived. When my aunt physically went into the store, the employees and owner were unable to give any explanation as to why the package had not arrived and it was very apparent the owner had done nothing to resolve the issue when they asked, "Oh, it still hasn't arrived?" When she asked for a refund for an overnight payment as it has been over a week since the ship date, she was told that the store isn't responsible for the package once it leaves their facility and they just handle the shipping. The store is literally branded and titled "UPS Store", yet there is no accountability to make sure that packages get to their destinations in a reasonable fashion. The customer service is beyond poor. I absolutely DO NOT recommend using them for any sort of business, especially if your package has any kind of value to you. We are in the middle of handling an estate sale and due to Covid it is mostly being handled online, a lot of packages will be getting shipped to people via mail. USPS guarantees a refund if packages do not arrive by a certain time, and we will be using them moving forward. This UPS store franchise has no integrity and just lost the potential for a lot of revenue. read more

I absolutely appreciate all of the good and kind people who work at this UPS store. My first experience was calling and speaking to the owner needing some help as I was on my way to move to Wyoming in the near future. She was exceptionally kind, caring, and made me feel very welcome. Every experience I have had with everyone who works there has been positive and professional, and always with a genuine smile and effort. There have also been many times where I was given a boost of good cheer, and they are definitely wonderful people. They accomplish a lot for customers, and I am very happy with them, their services, their professional customer service, and above all their consistent kindness to me. In the time of COVID this store has been extremely busy. The time taken with each customer to still make them feel valid and not just a number is very appreciated. Most stores won't do that. read more

Rubbish! I took two baby to send UPS things today! Something more! The baby is too small! Minimum one year old! The largest is 3 years old! I am filling out forms or something! Sometimes care less than the baby! The baby has touch UPS store things! Just greeting CARDS! But does not break or take away! Just as in the play! But! One of the UPS store employees! Roar babies! Also like watching a thief! Called out baby don't touch him! Babies don't understand what he was talking about! But he has also been roar! Also call me on baby! Not his baby! I am doing things! Not all notice! Is my baby touch a thing! But! We're not a thief! Touch and not how! If the bad! Can call me lose money! But! Totally can't stand the attitude! Julia is an incredibly kind person, first and foremost. My experience with this store was nothing short of relieving. They fullfilled the insurance guarantee with an ebay deal from hell I unfortunately had to settle. Julia handled everything with patience and efficiency and her staff followed suit. I've been going to the UPS store in Casper for about 4 years. I do graphic design: wedding invitations, save the dates, prints, posters etc and I have had a number of these items printed at this shop over the years. I have been happy with all of my experiences until today. I brought in two packages to ship and I had prepaid labels. My printer gave out on me so I emailed PDFs of the labels to be printed by the store, usually less than a dollar to print. The total cost for two black and white prints on plain white paper was $5.32. I asked the owner about the cost and he informed me that its an "open file fee" because "we can't work for free." My father owned a UPS store and I know for a fact that UPS pays the store even when customers bring in prepaid packages. When I explained that I've never been charged an open file fee at UPS or any other printing establishment in town the owner replied rudely and unprofessionally. The owner is a shortsighted business man, he got his $5 from me today but he will never again receive any of my business. We don't live in a small enough town where you can treat customers with disrespect and expect that they will return with more business in the future. read more

This store is a cock of crap! I had a 12 ounce package and took the cheapest/slowest route to Wisconsin. I should have just been paying $10.21 which sounds reasonable but no!! To everyone out there, BEWARE!! The weight on my package of .75 lbs = 12 (ounces) to an extra .. point 25 ounces and it came to 1 lb. Then lets not forget your 20¢ "process fee"and I also was charged a "service fee" for it to be delivered to my destinations home. That there was $6.90... So I paid in total of $17.31 on a package that truly weighed 12 ounces. According to UPS, I was shipping my package on a peak time. The problem is, they will not tell you that. I didn't see any peak times for my package arriving around the eighth of July. If I had of known that I was going to be charged extra, I would have gone through the US mail instead. So in a nutshell, you are paying for everyone's over time that works for UPS. read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I spoke to an illiterate fool named Bill Spicer (he was very vague about his last name when I asked for it-- also telling me it didn't matter if I had his name clearly stating he doesn't expect to be held accountable for his disrespect and entitled behavior). Nevertheless I sent 2 packages to my new home, which I received BROKEN completely busted and damaged delivered to my door with clothes literally falling out of the box. So I called the 1800 number and filed my claim for cost of damaged and missing items. Then this LOVELY fellow bill tells me (over a MONTH after my filed claim) that I WILL NOT get any refund or money back for my claim and tells me "It's easy for the guys on the 1-800 line to tell you they'll take care of it for you because they are corporate they don't have to deal with you like I do.." BIG MISTAKE Bill. I am a long time business owner and would NEVER allow my employees to treat my customers this way let alone have someone working for me that would make my customers feel mistreated and so compelled to create a yelp account and write a yelp review when they've never written one in their life. Also- not sure if corporate will see this before I get the chance to call them but if you do, just feel free to reach out to me I will tell you all about my experience via the phone with BILL today.
