They seem to know everyone. Its nice to hear a postal worker ask if someone had fun on their vacation last week and things of that nature. That personal touch is what most bigger cities are lacking. Demands that I tape the package myself and that I have to pay $4 to tape the box. Worker states that he can not print a shipping label that I already have and wanted me to purchase different shipping since he can't print it. (Went to the library next door and printed for 10 cents..) If my customer had not have pre chosen the shipping carrier I would not deal with this usps. Worker did proceed to be appropriate for the elderly lady after me though so I guess that is the positive. Wish he could have been appropriate with healthcare workers :/

I have come here with complaints about my mail delivery and they were very professional and kind, addressing the problems sincerely and telling me how to take the next steps. I always come here to mail my international letters and packages. The line moves quickly and they are open later than some of the surrounding offices. Sign on the window states the lobby is open until 6pm, but the staffed help desk closes at 5pm.

I have a friend who just sent me a package from this post office, and the girl at the counter…read moreentered an incorrect zip code. Instead of realizing she made a mistake when the city and state changed on the package due to address standardization, and or ignoring the fact that there would have been a warning saying that my address does not have an equivalent address in the wrong zip code, she pushed it through. This was for the tracking number. I have spent nearly 24 hours straightening this issue out, and someone had to rig it with an email to my post office, and there's no promise that my post office will honor the request from the hotline because I have been having immense issues with them. I need to get it dropped at a neighbors apartment because I won't be home. The woman, when I called the Bulan post office in hopes of getting the issue fixed was ignorant, and said there's no way she could have entered an incorrect zip. if you make a mistake, own the bleep up to it! You're human, humans make mistakes. I have also heard from a few sources that this woman is really not liked either due to her attitude problem. I have been so upset, that the muscle in my left eyelid has been jumping like crazy.

Management is only concerned about getting Numbers that can be changed or rigged to make them look good. Most managers don't have any idea what they're doing and only care what their supervisor tells them to do. I have had notifications that I have packages delivered to my mailbox and when I check, there is no package. This has happened to me 4 times in the last 4 months. I received a notifacation today and there is no package in my mailbox. I am assuming that this medication that I need. There is no way to get in touch with someone so thry can contact the carrier and have him return and check the other mailboxes in the rediclous group boxes and get my medication. you cannot even leave them messsage to call you back. This "service" from this USPS station has cost me money and time to try and reorder items that were one of kind gifts or reorder my medications. The only respnce from the clown they call the stsion manager is O-well!! In a sane society, these incompitent people would be umemployed!!!!! I gave this location a 1 only because I couldn't I can't give anything lower!!!!!
