I cannot say enough about the skills and friendliness at this printer. I'm a local artist who was…read morepreviously getting art prints made at distance. From now on, I am so happy to have my prints made locally in Maine at better quality, and for a better price. If you are a Maine artist relying on drop-ship or distant printers, I highly recommend using Print Bangor instead. It has made a world of difference for both my routine and business.

I was on business in Bangor and I always go local when I have a choice for my printing needs and I…read moream so glad I did. There was some confusion about the printing job and as I was traveling for business my schedule was packed. When I had a moment, which was after closing times, I called and hoped I got at least an answering machine. I got a live person, Elena. Not only did she go above and beyond by answering the phone after hours which was a lifesaver, she did everything in her power to get the job done by early next morning. The staff went early the next day to make sure the printing was on time for first thing in the morning, which was before the store was open. The job done as requested, no corners cut, even with the short turn around time.

When I inquire about it I am told it was in fact delivered and the driver remembered delivering it. With all the mail that they deliver on their route they just happen to remember mine? This is the type of Customer Service that we only dream about nowadays.I wish that there were more Professionals in the Post Office(or any other Customer Service business for that mater) like Matt who take pride in their work and perform it with a positive attitude. Kudos to you and your Team Matt! Well done. Sincerely, Bruce Smith

Hello Maine Delivery Service,…read more I would like to let you know that your employees (Kevin was one of them and unfortunately I did not get the other gentleman's name) were very helpful and informative with a recent Walmart return. Trudy came to our house to inventory the items we were moving and supply a quote for the move. I…read morewas so impressed with her timeliness, friendliness, helpfulness, and all around personable yet professional demeanor. She made the process extremely easy and had the quote to my inbox within 48 hours. I've amended the quote and as always Trudy is prompt, courteous, and reassuring. This move truly is catered to my needs without breaking the bank. They offer full pack services and car moving services (not towing or driving, actually on a truck) and charge by weight, not volume. Our belongings were packed carefully and expeditiously as they brought along about 7 people to help pack our 2800sqft house. The movers asked us before packing items if they had any questions and stickered every item for storage or new living space. They were careful not to ding up the house, they were courteous, and they did a fabulous job. Not ONE item is broken post-move. They went over the packing list with me post-pack to explain cost, materials used, labor, and show a detailed list of what had been packed. There had been a hiccup with our delivery truck due to weather (January in Maine), and they gave us the option of taking everything that day, or leaving us our bed and a few items to then pick up two days later when the truck arrived. We opted for them to take everything as we had an air mattress and enough to get by. I appreciated their willingness to be flexible and that they were sensitive to my emotions regarding leaving our beloved home. When the truck delivered our items, earlier than scheduled, everything was unloaded with care (though I think this was by an Allied crew). Our final cost was $600 less than expected. Woohoo! CMM&S has exceeded all of my needs, and I absolutely recommend them for your moving needs.
