This is a follow up from my first review. I have to say that I'm very impressed with the supervisor Matthew at the Buckeye USPS office. He investigated my complaint that I filed online and he actually called me this morning which is a Sunday morning at 9:10 AM to discuss the complaint and I have to say that he went above and beyond to satisfy the situation. So I wanna thank Matthew for his efforts in making things right. And as he stated people that have an incident and they're not happy with USPS must file their complaint on the website or the email to USPS for any action to be taken. I followed all the proper steps in filing my complaint and I got the results that needed to happen. read more

I am on call 5 or 6 trying to get through about a package that says "delivered," but isn't in my mailbox. Why don't you answer the phone? This problem is echoed in many other reviews. I am going to be an extremely unhappy customer if I have to drive down to get an inkling of information. This is horrible service. Edit: on call ten and had to physically go to the office. Which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS because this could easily be solved on the phone without me wasting gas. I've been informed that just the supervisor takes calls. I have to wait for the supervisor to call me back about the issue. I truly hope he actually calls me because he really doesn't seem to answer the phone and I will be extra mad if I have to drive back down on Monday. Update: It's Tuesday and I have heard nothing from the supervisor. I have tried calling, again to no avail! This is absolutely ridiculous service and the supervisor should be absolutely ashamed. read more

Minus stars!! cannot reach anyone at Buckeye PO for 2 weeks. Phone rings multiple times then disconnects call! I'm trying to find lost package 2weeks ago in their facility! read more

Their postal carriers suck and when you try to call the post office to file a complaint about a carrier the NEVER answer the phone. This is the worst post office I ever encountered in my entire lifetime. I usually have a regular door package pickup scheduled and today 7/18/26 my carrier got there minutes before I had the chance to put them out on the porch. But yet scanned that he picked them up which he did not. Now most people with any common sense or customer courtesy would have ring the bell to see why they were not outside. But no! That entails extra work. Postage keeps going up and I'm sure so is their payroll, but their service has gone in this shitter. read more

Exceptional kindness and professionalism from Danette at the Buckeye Post Office. I had an urgent situation today and needed to send legal documents to my brother right away. In the middle of everything, I realized I had accidentally left my phone at home, which made the situation even more stressful. Danette at the Buckeye Post Office was incredibly kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to assist me and made sure everything was handled properly so my documents could be sent without delay. Her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help made a stressful moment much easier. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you again, Danette, for your outstanding service and kindness today! Many Blessings to the staff!! Continue to strive for Excellence read more

Definitely need a self service station, did not like standing in line for 20 min just to ship out two packages.

Would be nice if this place answered the phone. Or delivered mail properly so you don't have to call them in the first place.

Absolute waste of time. I called the number listed for the Buckeye post office and it just rings and rings. I've called several times and no one ever answers. I put in a change of address 15 days ago and I have yet to receive any mail except for a informed delivery code piece from USPS that gave me a website and told me to follow the directions. There are no directions on that website so not only am I not receiving my mail, I can't even see what I'm suppose to be receiving at my current address. In addition, the closest location is almost 30 miles away. I have never had this issue when making a change of address before. Very frustrated! read more

Service was 10/10 Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable on how the process works. I hadn't done a return before like I did and he helped me out a bunch! read more

They never answer the phone and they operate like it was back in the 60's where you chat up everyone regardless of the line. You can sure tell they get paid by the hour. TIME TO PRIVATIZE AND SWITCH TO PAY FOR PROFIT. read more

I live and work in Buckeye. my experiences with this office have not been good. I work in the downtown area and the manager keeps switching out the routes with a different mail carrier each week. Mail is getting delayed for 2 to 3 days because the "new" carrier doesn't remember or hasn't been instructed that we have limited hours for our business. Sometimes it has ended up with the City of Buckeye. Postmaster was contacted but was not helpful. On the residential side, I have signed up for delivery tracking and have noticed that some of the items that I'm supposed to receive do not show up sometimes 2 days later. Right now, we have medications that never arrived for my son. As convenient as it seemed, I will be going back to picking them up myself. I would call and ask about these issues, but they never pick up the phone. read more

That need to pay these people less at least then I'd understand why they suck at preforming their job they suck all around can't answer the phone can't deliver packages correctly or on time no help replace everyone with a robot read more

I would like it very much if they could just answer their phone. I call the direct no but I never get an answer . after about 8-9 rings it just hangs up. This is crazy! I hope that someday this organization will be run like a real business. One that actually works and has good customer service.Maybe they are short staffed? Still you can never get a call through .I would drive over there but it's a long drive. ANSWER YOUR PHONE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! read more

Overall good experience they need a drop box like in the Goodyear post office having people leave packages at the end of the counter does not seem like the most secure way of accepting packages. I cannot say anything bad but this would be a great addition. read more

I have utilized this location multiple times in the last few months with everything from shipping packages out for eBay to shipping packages to my son on the other side of the country. I was overcharged for stamps by one book. I wanted a refund for being overcharged. I wanted it to go back to my card but instead was given cash. I told Dawn that I did not understand the charges and felt like I was being short changed. Every time I asked her questions her voice kept getting louder and louder. It was very embarrassing to be yelled at in front of a lobby of people. Felt humiliated!! Dawn yelling at people does not help anyone! Worst customer service. read more

I had the BEST experience with the Manager named Akem at the Buckeye post office. He helped me with Getting my new mailbox in order & went Way beyond customer service for me & my husband with change of address, too. What an amazing asset this man is, & super kind, patient & friendly with others at the post office that day. 5++ stars for this experience! Thank you, Akem. read more

This is the WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!!!! They do don't care at all!! When they need signatures they're supposed to go to the door and they don't even if it's medication. Lost packages forget about it!! Good luck for them finding it I get other peoples packages all the time and I have to go to the post office asking where my packages are who is the supervisor? Who is the Post Master? They obviously don't have one or a good one who cares!!!! read more

Like many others, no person answered the phone. I checked that a package I have been waiting for has been delivered. Well, it was not delivered to me. We do not have individual mail boxes. The person who delivered the package, apparently put it in the wrong box. Problem is that I live in a 55 and over community in Sun City Festival. Who knows where the mail is located. Person may have left for the summer. This was an important item and I am very upset. Only added to the fact is to call and no one answers the phone. read more

Recently I had the displeasure of talking to a a man at the Buckeye post office. I think his name was Matthew because that is the person I was previously texting that did not get back to me. I called the Buckeye post office at least 10 times and they do not answer their phone. When I texted again he finally called me. He was the most frustrating person I have ever talked to. He did not ask me what the problem was he just started into one excuse or scenario after another as to why I was not receiving my mail. The informed delivery clearly said I should have received. He wouldn't let me talk and every time I tried to talk he talked over me. I have never listened to anyone as frustrating as him in my entire life. How do these people get hired to work in the public sector. Maybe the USPS has to meet a certain quota because he is in no way a good fit for his job. After 20 minutes of him not listening to anything I tried to tell him, I finally had to tell him that everything he was saying was irrelevant to my situation and if he would listen more and talk less maybe we could find a solution. My mail man that is contracted said he had my mail but he didn't think anyone lived at my address even though I had put in a change of address two weeks before and the informed delivery showed the tabs on my car already had my new address on them. He said he took my mail back to the post office but no one seemed to know where it was. In my opinion this is the worst post office I have ever had. They are completely disorganized. read more

They have no communication with their customers. Their site doesn't allow you to send in a complaint or a contact request. Carriers are very poorly trained. No pride in a job well done, don't bother using this office! read more

If I could put a zero rating I would .... Do not send anything of value from this location it will not get to destination and the supervisor there are no help leaves one to think that they are all working together . The boss is an amazing dude but he need to shake up the entire stay, the clerk comment on my over night shipping that it must be very important to have it delivered next day which was weird cause this is a service the USPS OFFER and the very next day my package is missing the supervisor didn't even run back the cameras footage to see if any foul play to place on that particular day, instead they were quick to dismiss me BUT IM GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS. read more

Too bad a rating of "0" isn't allowed. Lived in same house for 18 years and can't tell you how many times we have either received other peoples mail/packages or had our mail/packages delivered to other people. The lasted was a package that was marked as "delivered to parcel box" yet we never received a key. I called the post office and they will not answer so I called to 800-ASK-USPS number and filed a complaint. They were supposed to open a case (which they did and I received an email to confirm this). Then I got an email from the USPS advising my case has been closed because the package was marked as "delivered". Really?? That's why I called in. This branch letter carriers need to pay attention to the FULL address, not just the house numbers as is evident by their lack of correct deliveries on a consistent basis. Come on now!! Do your jobs as if you actually cared about it. Oh, and it would be nice if the USPS made it easier to contact them read more

This location has been around for a very long time. It has P O boxes available for rent of all shapes and sizes. The main office has plenty of room for sitting down and filling out your paperwork or addressing your mail. The staff has always been more than helpful to me. I've had some crazy requests. Although, I'm sure they've heard crazier. I like sending crazy things to my brother in Washington state, so much help that I had to ask about how well dried ice traveled LoL Overall, I know people now ate always in a hurry, but you have to remember, no matter where you there will most likely be a wait. It's the customer care that matters. read more

US Post Office - Post Offices Near Me - Buckeye, Arizona

This place is horrible the worst customer service. I went in for passport with an appointment and the older guy there was so rude. Decided to walk out and did not finish the process. Not my fault he doesn't like his job should have better attitude when dealing with customers. Feel bad for this rude guy he's obviously unhappy doing this job. read more

Buckeye mail delivery to SCF is HORRIBLE! If it was possible to give you a negative rating, I would! How difficult is it to deliver a package? If it is too large to fit in our "regular" mailbox....it goes into a larger mailbox, and a key to access the larger mailbox is "supposed" to be left in our regular mailbox. Or at least that's how it is supposed to work :( The idiots that deliver mail to SCF leave a key sometimes.....most times they don't. You would think when they show up the next day and see that the package hadn't been retrieved.....they would think to themselves....."hmmm, did I leave a key?" NO....that is above their pay grade. I got an email on Saturday saying my package had been delivered to my mailbox....I check it, and of course there's no package, and no key for the larger mailbox. Today is Monday....I check again today....no package...nO key....nothing. Our previous mail lady was awesome! Whoever does it now is an idiot that should not be trusted with handling mail. You have ONE FREAKIN JOB.....DO IT...OR GO DO SOMETHING ELSE!!! I'm not trying to be an ass, but this happens ALL....THE....DAMN.....TIME!! I'm sick of it! read more

This is the 3rd time they have said no access to delivery location. They come at 9pm and then toss mail on the ground and don't delivery my packages. They also left so fast they almost ran over my 4 year old . This is completely unacceptable and there is complete access to my mail and home. When will this stop. I lost my job because they chose not to deliver my package I needed for work. I've never been more upset and my kid is terrified he almost got ran over. I'm filling a police report and hope they don't ever do this again. Lazy liars.. read more

The old lady who wears glasses lied to me and refused to ship a package that they shipped the next day at the same location

Their process is slow. I went online and filled up the address change form yet, it took them a while to actually put my name in the mailbox in my neighborhood. As a result had to personally come in the post office during their business hours to pick up My packages. two weeks later it's finally fixed so I am happy. I occasionally come by to do business with them such as dropping mail and they're always very helpful and friendly. Its just a big adjustment for me coming from a busy city life to a slower paced lifestyle here in Buckeye. read more

I was waiting for my package because I needed to sign for it and I saw the lady with my package get out of her car and park in front of our neighbors house then she got back in or car and drove away then my tracker said that she couldn't find my house. I want to praise the service provided to me by a Buckeye postoffice employee, Akeem Oguntade. I had a serious problem receiving an important letter. Spoke with him on the phone. He very professionally represented the Buckeye postoffice! Thank you! read more

I have called three times today and no one answered. I keep getting sent to "not available" sound. I had a very important letter delivered on the 20 of February and it is no where to be found. We have checked the mailbox many times and nothing. My parents live at that house and I live in El Paso because of my husbands work. I can't personally go to the post office. I would have been there already but I am not able to. I don't have any other option but to try calling again and again. read more

This has to be the worst post office in the US. The post master doesn't give a care about customers. The supervisors pass issues to the clerks rather than dealing with them. The attendance for a few of the clerks is questionable. The clerks have to order post office supplies to be delivered to their homes to be taken to the post office for the customers. Who is running this sham of an operation? If I performed like this in my line of work I would be replaced immediately. Believe me, I have intimate knowledge of the operation of the post office located in Buckeye Arizona on Main Street and Miller. No wonder the US Postal Service is under such scrutiny. Maybe they should take a look at the people in charge? read more

if I could give no stars I would! Worst post office I have ever dealt with. They can not deliver mail to the right mail to the right mail box or they deliver packages to the parcel but don't leave keys. I have been dealing with this for almost 5 years and enough is enough. They need to get someone in there that actually cares about their job instead of people that just want a pay check and don't care about the job. read more

Hopefully you don't have to get a hold of anyone who works at the post office. I've been calling on and off all day to report an issue. I was having ,they would answer the phone and hang up immediately. I called all the way up until 4:30 to when their phones automatically shut off I do believe that they were answering the phone and hanging up on purpose. I was placed on hold and the person never came back to the phone after about 20 minutes of waiting. I don't understand why every single time I have a package delivered to a lock box on the mailbox. I always have issues whether the package is not in the box or the keys don't work. I'm really getting fed up with our local post office. never being able to get a hold of somebody when you have important items that are being delivered to you is stressful and frustrating. I'm leaving a note in my mailbox that hopefully the mailman will be able to assist me with and hopefully I can get some help that way because clearly calling and gets you nowhere. read more
