John took the tracking number and called the carrier post office and found the package and asked them to pull it out of the truck so I could retrieve it. At one point the line disconnected and he waited for them to call back. My boyfriend who was visiting from New Jersey said that the post offices near him would have told him he was SOL and that was some of the best customer service he had ever seen. It closes between 1pm - 2pm during the week and isn't open on the weekends. Open until 5:30 though which is pretty late for a post office. The few times I have been in here there isn't a line and if there are people, it doesn't take very long. The staff is super efficient and the woman is extremely friendly, you don't always get that from post offices so it's awesome. No parking lot but you can park in the front for a few minutes and there is a 15 minute parking sign. You can also park on the other side for a longer period of time. Visit this post office over other ones :)

I asked gently to speak to the Postmaster about this. She came to the window with an unfriendly face, no greeting, and upon my showing her pictures of what I meant and the actual folded cards (with folded pictures inside) said there's nothing she can do about it. "He has to do it with one hand, she said." As I said, it takes a slight twist of the wrist to do it without deep bends. Simple solution. Simple training of staff. She's not up to the job of Postmaster, IMHO. Sad. Two weeks before Christmas, the only stamps available were American flags and Day of the Dead skeleton stamps. Same Postmaster, who didn't feel a need to order Holiday or winter stamps.

My name is Madelynn swan i was supposed to be getting mail…read moreat 54 single st apt b, Milan PA... but for months I have not received my mail and every time I try to talk to you guys, one person says it's being delivered but then the next person says I have no mail but they don't know where my mail is or anything at all. So there for I've done my research into the law and even you the people of the post office can be held legally accountable for the obstruction of mail. So unless you can get over yourself and figure out where my mail is, I will be showing up my next day free with the police and I will not leave until you give my mail to me.

I was returning an item that the seller had already sent me a paid shipping label. The UPS employee…read moretried to charge me for the label. I explained it was already paid for and he quickly realized his error. The box I was sending was small but I needed tape to close it. He then told me he would need a $1 to tape up the box. It was seriously all of 8 inches of tape. I highly doubt that Uline packing tape cost that much... in fact I am very aware it doesn't. Never again. If I don't have to us UPS, I won't. And I didn't even get a receipt for the purchase of my pathetic piece of tape. Are they actually putting that money in the register?
