Beyond terrible. They will offer you alteration services they don't actually offer. They will somehow tear out your jacket lining. They will leave pens in your jacket, ruining it, then only pay 2/3rds the replacement cost for a garment that can't truly be replaced. As a service member, I'm constantly in and out of the place and they are always diligent to make my uniforms beyond expectations! I have yet to have them be off time or off track. read more

I took my wedding dress there to be preserved 9 months ago. They said it would be a 3 month turnaround. I called at month 5 to check on it..they informed me they were out of boxes but it would be done soon. Nothing! I called last week again and she said she would move it to the front of the line..it wasn't even TOUCHED YET! She insured me she would make it right and compensate me. My husband went to pick it up today..she gave him a mere $25 refund on a dress that cost me $150 to preserve!!!!!! What a joke! I will never bring anything there again!!!! read more

I just picked up my dress and veil and wasn't expecting to pick it up till after the 4th of July. But I got a phone call from them and it was ready. I am so happy with the work that was done by them. I'm a visiting med student going to Arnot. They have accommodated my schedule at both locations above and beyond what would be reasonably expected of them. Prices seem on par with everywhere else.
