Finally I did. And this is what I found. This is a standalone building, with clearly marked hours, both the service window and the lobby (where the PO Boxes are). At first I didn't realize what a great place this was - but time after time I have returned to do ALL of my shipping. The staff here always help you find the fasted most affordable way to ship from you to whoever you are shipping to - anywhere! They can pack and ship it or they will ship what you pack and they do so at the best prices. I always just let them pack my stuff - that way I don't have to worry about a thing! Another great thing about this place - they keep track of all your shipments - what I mean by that - I ship to my son in May - I return - and say - ship this to my son Jon - and they say - the one in Wilmington at such and such a street - that's right - they keep the names and addresses of everyone you ship to - so if you do ANY amount of shipping to the same places - this is GREAT - no need to remember anything or pre-label anything - they do ALL of it for you and they are happy to do so! Due to a mix up on the venue's part, this order had accidentally been brought to Connie's, laundered, pressed, and folded without directive. At first, the manager Chris expected payment in full for the service, but once the situation was explained he comped the final bill. I, too, am an event planner and often need to outsource a linen service for table cloths, napkins, skirting, etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Connie's in the future. It is refreshing to see industry professionals work together to take care of each other. In this situation, Connie's took care of the little guy...and as a result, has gained customers for life. Three customer service windows keep the line moving quickly; at lunch this is reduced to two windows as the clerks take lunch breaks. The Cattaraugus County DMV web page mentions the ability to make an appointment; I can see this is a sensible option if you're in a hurry or frail. Forms are in boxes on the left as one enters, as are pens. The clerks are knowledgeable and helpful. Open daily 8a-5p Monday - Friday, excepting Federal holidays. Plenty of parking in front of the building.
