This was a bright and cheerful post office with a large parking lot and very easy access . The lobby was open for customers with a post office box but the counter was closed for the day . This is a full service post office and it's open regular business hours . I'm sure the personnel is knowledgeable and friendly .:) read more

We live at 65330 Knob Hill Road in Alaska. We have been here over 4 years now and as yet our mail carrier will not take the mail or deliver the mail snow is under the mailbox, even when we personally go down and plow and shovel around it for her access. She refuses to once in a while actually get out of the jeep and walk around to pick up letters. This is frustrating to several neighbors especially at Christmas time when cards and gifts of money are needing delivering over many miles!! What has happened ? We need help. If she can't handle a little 3 extra minutes to do this please do something It is her job! There have been thefts of things we have left the carrier & it sat over a period of days and was taken.
