This is a great place to get a shower $10 (cash only) - they provide towel, wash cloth and hand towel. You can even purchase soap or razors. The shower area was immaculate. I washed a load of clothes as soon as I showered. The over all facility was very clean. The attendant was friendly. Washer was $7 and dryer was $1 for 8 minutes. read more

A bit pricy, $7 for a small wash cycle, the dryer is $1/9mins, drinking water is .25/gal, but they offer showers that're a bit steep at $10. They offer outlets and free wifi which is great. Chill vibes and decent seating. read more

Very clean with nice machines. Expensive, but no other options for like a hundred miles, so they've got ya there. Large area for sorting and folding, lots of sizes of machines so you can use single load or the giant ones for stuff like bedding or sleeping bags. They offer laundry service, showers, "self serve" drinking water jug refills, and self serve coin op machines. There is always someone there, plus security cameras, and the place reflects the care of its staff and owners. Parking is large and easy to get to. read more

Been camping so stopped in to use the showers. The woman and young lady working behind the counter were sweet and helpful. Cash only and a bit on the expensive side ($9) but I got my own locking shower room, bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth for 30 minutes. Exceptionally clean. Would recommend for travelers. This is the nicest laundry mat that I have ever been to! They have nice restrooms, tables and chairs that you can sit in while you wait, and they even have a coffee shop. There are lots of washers and dryers so there are plenty of them open and you don't have to wait. This place is also really clean and modern on the inside. The machines are all new looking and work great! The price was $5.50 per load to wash your clothes for the small washer. It was a little pricey, although a convenient place to wash your clothes and it was definitely worth it for us. We went to Homer during a heat wave and having clean short sleeve shirts were a must. read more

Do not take your dry cleaning to this place! Unless you like paying over twice as much as is quoted on their dry cleaning rate board. I took in 3 jackets to be cleaned and according to the board, it should have cost about $43.00. when I got the jackets back, the price had more than doubled to $89.00 and there are still stains on the jackets! I have asked 2 different workers there to update the rate board but nothing has changed. If you need dry cleaning, do not take it here. I will be giving my business to someone else from now on. read more

Went here for a shower and found the place to be clean. There's free towels to use and price was reasonable. $8 for single for 30mins and $10 for family and 45minutes and its a double shower. I only have a photo of the laundromat to show you that even outside its clean. This place is highly recommended. This place was very clean, convenient, and even had a coffee shop. They also have complimentary WiFi and nice bathrooms. However, the cost was ridiculous and you're better off going to a place in Soldotna an hour away that's just as nice and more than half the cost. They have an ATM on site that charges a $2.50 transaction fee. Soap can be purchased at the front desk or at the machines. .75 cents for one Tide pod. Didn't see the price of the boxed detergent in the machines. $8 for a shower for one person. You get 30 min. But don't plan on trying to share that time with another person, I couldn't go in with my husband unless he paid another $8. You pay the front desk and are given a key to enter your shower room. Towels are included. No shampoo or anything like that included. Room includes shower and sink with small area to set your things. Washers are $5.50 for a small load, $9.50 for medium, and $12.25 for large. They take about 30 min to complete. Dryers are .25 cents per 2 minutes. We thought they worked well and didn't think it was that overpriced until we went to another laundromat that was 25 cents for 7 min. Overall my 2 star review is due to the pricing of everything and the unfriendliness of the employee who helped us. No smiles or small talk, just money. We are just road tripping through AK and waited too long to go somewhere else for laundry, so our fault there. read more

There are lots of washers and dryer's. They have restrooms for women and men, which are separate. They also have a little coffee shop inside which was closing up when we arrived so I have no comment on the coffee. It is a very clean place and I would recommend it. The washers are $4.75 and the dryers operate in $.25 increments for different times. read more

Whoa the most expensive laundromat I've ever seen and have been to many in past months in our RV including others in Alaska. Wash was $4.50 a load even worse the dryer cost a fortune as the heat was extremely low and things took about 3-4 times longer to dry. I kept busy plugging quarters. Probably spent $40 for 5 loads ouch. The place is in pretty nice shape and has a coffee bar and showers for 6.50 pp for campers. I saw another laundromat sign on the Homer spit and would definitely try them next time if we were staying. read more

I love Alaska-but the one thing is... the lack of competition creates some exceptionally poor service. I like to support kind people with my hard earned cash. So even though it might be a struggle to find a different option I'm going to try. I don't want to use this very pretty & clean facility because the staff acts entitled and their actions are begging for them to be placed in a few customer service classes. We have been to their establishment 3 times-trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. First time, my partner was ridiculed for asking a question (by the same person in the bottom of this story). Second time we went in to ask what time they closed and were shouted at from the counter, even though the door was propped open, third time I went in at 7:55pm to do a quick wash of some bedding I really needed for that night. I know they closed at 8pmbut there was a bunch of laundry in the machines and many cars in the parking lot so I really didn't think I'd be holding them up and again the same poor treatment happened. A pretty lady with white & silver hair called from the counter in front of 3 other customers "excuse me, I close like in 5 minutes!?!" I was like "oh ok, I'll go somewhere else." Then she walked all the way around the counter, what she should have done before, and said "there aren't any other places." I'm not really sure why she wanted to drive that point home? Unfortunately, she is correct, but what I meant was-I'll find somewhere else as in I'm NOT coming back. She did let me know that they opened in the morning but... if you close at 8, last load goes in at 8, that's rather simple. If you want to leave at 8, maybe "close" at 7:30? Their actions scream that they don't really need my money so, I'll be directing mine elsewhere. Where you spend your money makes a difference so, think about it. Whew! That's all from me. read more
