Hanes Brands brings to mind the iconic "tidy whitey" (as we called them growing up)men's underwear!…read more I agree with Yelper friend Marianne, as I too, wore my share of Hanes Silk Reflections panty hose, Hanes Leggs tights and panty hose , Hanes panty hose "socks," and Hanes Ultra Sheer panty hose. Hanes still offers quite the selection of hose and tights! I recall years ago at church, one of the members pulled me aside to let me know it was "out of style" to wear pantyhose anymore. Well, clearly I didn't get the memo...it didn't take much convincing for me to 86 the pantyhose after that conversation! Over the years, I've worn Hanes socks, too! Again, Hanes offers quite the selection form no show socks, to mousure wicking socks, to ankle high scoks and the iconic Hanes crew socks. I owned at least one Hanes sweatshirt. Nice to see Hanes offers scrubs and a nice variety of comfortware for men women and children! Thanks Hanes Brand!

Once the largest producer of men's and women's undergarments (and the hugely successful Legg's pantyhose brand in an egg shaped package in the 70's/'80's) Hanes recently sold-out to Canadian clothing manufacturer Gildan and the inexorable slide towards lower quality and disposable clothing has begun. My personal replacements for underwear and t-shirts reveal much thinner thread counts and shoddy sewing that renders most garments landfill-bound after a few washings. Thankfully, you only get one shot to fool me and trade on my loyalty. They might consider selling their garments as dust cloths and skip the fiction of wearable fashion. Hanes is done. One star.

The fitting went quickly and I was able to leave with bras that fit me. Definitely personalized service and I trust them. As noted in another review, if you are able to find what you need at Boscov's, then go there. I suspected my size had changed and instead of playing trial and error, I wanted an expert to determine and boy, was I a very different size. This is a small business with a good cross section of inventory.
