Though many casinos nearby closed down, the outlet seemed to maintain most of the brand stores. In recent years some new ones also opened their doors like Dave & Busters. The shops spread over 4-5 blocks. Street parking and private parking lots are available in the area. Over the years my favorite stores have been Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin, Klein, Gap and Nike. These are stores much bigger and have lot more inventory compared other ones. There are sales going on throughout the year. Prices are usually good. The food options are not so great here. There is a Starbucks and McDonalds store. Few other chain restaurants are available too. There are no proper public restrooms which is a major problem. A lot of security personnels and police constantly drive around the area, so it feels safe to shop during day time. But I also constantly see suspicious individuals walking and change my walking direction to avoid any bad situation.

The huge interior space has thousands of Nike products for men, women and kids. Items include apparels, shoes, accessories, backpacks, socks and sports goods. I have shopped from this store several times over past decade like athletic t-shirts, shorts and shoes (for myself and my daughter). Personally I feel their product prices are too high but there are good deals with the discounts they offer, up to 60%. They also have the clearance shoe wall at the back. Plenty of staff members are usually available around the floor. The store being super popular, most times the checkout line is long despite having several registers open.

I have a pocket full of winnings and we all decide to go into Coach to shop. Walking in, the greeter? Looks like my wife's aunt. She welcomes us to Coach and I said I have to hug you. She didn't understand at first but I hugged her hello. Once inside, I zero in on the Men's Sale section. I see a Coach Sweat Jacket that I'm going to wear on vacation in a few weeks. And it's on sale which makes everything all right in the Bill S world. If you like the Coach brand and seeing what you like on sale? It's a win win.

It was difficult to get them on the phone while waiting, so we had to go back to the store for updates. When it was delivered the drawer was broken, the wood rail inside was splintered. The delivery guy said he was NOT skilled in repair, but he jammed a few screws in the wood and the drawer worked. He said to call the office and they would send someone out. If I had gotten a great price I may have let it go, but we PAID full price. I did call, and they explained they had a death in the family. They lost their repair guy, so rather than screw around he said he would order me a new dresser and replace it. I offered him to refund me a small amount on the dresser and I would hire my own repair guy. He declined and said I should get a new one. That was over a year ago. We never got it. Several calls were not returned. From our experience, they have coastal furniture, just don't expect discounts, timely delivery, or follow up service. You get what you get.

He also told my 9 year old not to touch the boxes who was also shopping for shoes. I asked to talk the manager at the cashier and I was surprised to see that he was the manager. I told him all the things above. He indeed apologized. Also the sign outside the door said $30 off every $120 which turned out to be inaccurate because NIKES were not included in the sale.
