This is what my nails look like directly from walking out the door getting them done. The pinky's and thumbs are significantly longer on one hand than the other. The shape is not the same on all, some are wise some are thin. Some are angled to the side instead of being straight. The polish applied looks awful in my opinion. The color is beautiful and I appreciate the tiny design, but aside from that, I hate these nails and don't intend on returning. Also, the whole process was rushed and the employees had an attitude and were rude when I entered. Their studies were fine by the end of the nail session. However I also witness them get rude with another client that came in after me. I also didn't like that they made me pay halfway through the service. It was very unsettling and it didn't give room for me to ask for anything additionally to added/ changed.

I showed her a picture of coffin nails with a pink tip on them and she decides to just ignore what I show her and keep my nails almond when I specifically told her I wanted the new shape. I did not want to ask her to reshape them, considering she was already being passive aggressive towards me when I asked her if she could do the nails, I showed her in the picture it felt like she didn't want to even do them at all. Her attitude was disgusting and she'll make you feel like you're in the wrong for asking for what you want. She finished doing my nails and I left somewhat happy because I thought they were pretty enough but when I showed up to work, everyone told me to go back and get them redone because I couldn't see the scuff mark she left on my tips and my nails were already scratched up, forming these weird bubbles at the top. So I came back the next day to ask her to just redo them and to shape them how I wanted her to shape the mind you she charged me $50 for short almond nails with a white tip on them and I even tipped $10 for them. She proceeded to yell at me saying none of her customers ever came back to her, asking her to redo nails and that I'm the first one as she was just so out of proportion acting crazy yelling at me in front of others and even when I was the last one in the shop basically telling me that there's nothing wrong with clearly there was even the first lady when I walked in there she saw there was something wrong with my nails and called her over. Even though Julie had no clients from 5 to 7 PM. She had an attitude with me when she should be grateful. I even came to see someone so terrible as a nail artist if that's what she wants to call herself. The entire time when she was doing my nails, she was digging into my skin. She even left me on my skin. She was even filing my nails so hard and this was because she was angry and she didn't treat me that way yesterday. It hurt to the point where I wanted to cry also the entire time she was speaking to the other woman who has some sort of skin problem. I don't know her name, but I'm gonna call her out because she was sitting there half the time that I was getting my nails done and sure they were talking about me. At the end, she has the audacity to ask me to give her five more dollars because she made my nails shorter. AFTER SHE ASKED ME THIS HER FRIEND STARTED LAUGHING ON SOME BULLY BEHAVIOR.! I should've just not gave her the five dollars and asked her to take it out of her tip from them day before because she was nowhere near deserving of even getting a tip. IT TOOK HER CLOSE TO AN HOUR TO JUST DO FRENCH TIPS SHE CANNOT DO FRENCH TIPS JUST ADMIT THAT YOU CANT AND DONT REDO THEM FIVE TIMES OVER ON A SINGLE NAIL!!! Emma's was recently remodeled and looks more beautiful than ever. The employees are friendly and accommodating, including the owner Andy. He always makes sure his clients leave happy. My go-to girls are Pebbles and Phanny, but I've had my nails done by other techs and I can confidently say that everyone does an excellent job. Eyelash extensions, waxing, dip powder/SNS and mood colors are among other services they offer. Prices are fair. For a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, I paid $52. Cash and card are accepted. If you pay with cash, however, it's cheaper. They do have an ATM available on site if you don't have cash with you. It does tend to get busy between 5pm-closing so expect a wait if you stop by after work. On Saturday mornings, there are usually customers lining up outside. Make sure you arrive early and sign in if you want a specific technician.

My first time there He immediately helped take off my gel while my nail tech was getting the table set up. He also gave me some great advice about general nail maintenance and cuticle maintenance. I think my techs name was Alex, I don't remember what the managers name was. I asked for sunflowers on a black background and asked him if this was something he could do. He insisted he could and I let him know that it was completely okay if he couldn't because I had a backup design. He ended up not being able to do it and had to ask another tech to do it. They came out more like daisies than anything and I wasn't thrilled but I didn't want to hold up the appointment behind me by asking them to redo it. The worst part of this was when he started clipping my cuticles, he cut the entire side of my finger. Not just a little nick...the cuticle clippers took a chunk out of my finger. He apologized and I said it was okay because mistakes happen, but it happened AGAIN. Two chunks taken out of two fingers. (See in pictures below) To me this is unacceptable. I also asked him to be very careful with the silver drill tip because I didn't want to be cut. He cut me anyway and then said it's because my cuticles were dry. The cut was deep, it had nothing to do with dryness. I considered returning at a later date and just asking the manager to do my nails, but I can't ever go back here.
