Form how thorough he was at the property to the outstanding detailed report I received pointing out all the pertinent information regarding the subject property. He coordinates other needed inspections at the same time of his work (termites, radon, etc) so us, the clients, don't have to worry about it. I had my home inspected by US Inspect the inspectors name is Matt Williams. The house looked move in ready ( or so I thought.) Matt did a very through job inspecting this house; with his expertise he found issues with the electric, plumbing, brick foundation, water barrier, water heater, crawl space, AC and some minor things. Some of these issues are a safety hazard as well need to be repaired. Matt was very professional and polite he went over the report with me and answered all my questions. He gave me his card and to call or email if I have any more questions or concerns. The inspection report was sent to me the same day as the inspection was done. In the report all the findings of repairs or replacement that needed to be done, also some with pictures of the findings. I would definitely recommend US Inspect to have your house inspected. Alan Brown did the inspection on a house we wanted and was extremely thorough. His VERY detailed report uncovered some issues that we later felt the seller knew about and tried to cover up. Had he not been as searching and careful as he was, we could have gotten saddled with some serious problems. The seller tried to rationalize and minimize what the issues were, but we had Alan's hard facts to counter their stories.
