Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule. I also appreciated that he was able to accommodate a couple of last-minute additions I requested during the project and made sure everything was taken care of. He responded back that it's between $300 and $450 a square foot. So I told him, "Okay, if my calculations are correct, if I go with $350 a square foot so I'm not at the rock bottom, and I multiply that by 600 sq ft for a small ADU, that is roughly $210K for a price starting point with your company?" "Well no it's not exactly... "Then what did I miss?" "Well there's all sorts of other things blah blah blah..." Overall the tone was condescending and he made it clear that I didn't know what I was talking about, when in fact I have 15 years experience as a home designer that designs and budgets facelifts on houses that are about to go up for sale. I have dealt with contractors for many, many years. Eventually I got fed up with his tone and told him to cancel the appointment. As my grandma always said, you'll catch more flies with honey than hot sauce!

When I called 911, they told me they were the 3rd phone call they received about him. Long story short, do NOT use this company. I can only imagine what fraudulent services or sketchy behavior they must engage in. Shame on you guys for harassing and scaring a MOTHER AND HER BABY at her own home.

We contacted a few contractors, Aryan and his team responded quickly and was able to do the inspection on the same day. Aryan is very friendly and considerate during the inspection, and explained what caused the leaks in details. We decided to hire Killer Contractors not only because they provide very competitive pricing, but also because they are very responsive in answering our questions and concerns. They provided the estimate in a timely manner. It's strange some contractors were eager to come to our house to do inspection, but after that they either never contact us again or we had to call them for an estimate. Because the raining kept going until the new year and the roofing work can't start, Killer Contractors put a tarp on our roof which made us relieved Killer Contractors are very professional and efficient doing their work. The whole project took about 6 days, but the actual work only took 3 days. The extra 3 days were due to the delay in applying the permit and waiting for city inspector to be onsite. The delay was our fault because we decided to apply the permit a little bit late (and Killer Contractors had no problem with us applying the permit right before the work started). The working crew members are also very professional and friendly. They worked very hard, and they did their best to not distract us. They made sure there is no debris left in our yard and our neighbor's. Before they were done for the day, they made sure there's no nail left on our yard, driveway and street.

We have used US Developers for so many home improvement projects and Udi Shabat is the first person we call when a project arises. They designed and completely remodeled our kitchen to be the talk of the neighborhood. They removed an old fashion wood burning fireplace and replaced with a new modern electric fireplace controlled by our phones (flame color and flame height adjustable). We have used them to completely remodel our backyard with a complete pool replaster, 12 seat tiled bar with bbq and frig., firepit and 10 person bench, tiered slope with mini putting green...we must be happy happy with their work! We really just wanted the backyard to feel a little more usable and put together. What came out of it honestly surprised me. The deck came out super clean, the steps feel solid, and everything just flows nicely with the pool area. Even small details like the lighting and the finish on the wood made a difference. I had my whole house painted, rotted wood patio awnings fully remedied and exterior lights and hardware replaced. From the very beginning, my project managers, Cyle and Chase, impressed me with their professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free and were always available when I had questions or concerns. Julio was on-site almost every day and was incredibly attentive to detail. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the work and always had my best interests in mind. His dedication and craftsmanship really showed throughout the project. He had a very kind and hard working crew. I also want to recognize Melissa, the scheduler, who was always sweet, responsive, and communicative. She helped keep everything organized and on track. The finished product exceeded my expectations. My house looks amazing, and I've already received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. I highly recommend Carbon Remodeling to anyone looking for exterior work on their home. They are worth every penny that I paid and I am highly satisfied. Remember, you get what you pay for! I politely said I wasn't interested in his services and he was so nice I asked him a couple questions and the next thing I knew I was making an appointment. I feel that a company that trains their people this good needs some praise along with Adam. I feel this young man has a good future in whatever he does. So i had my appoint with Julius and Marc and it was very informative and they were super friendly. As all salesmen do they did ask for the commitment but when i told them I would like to consult with my sister they were very understanding and nice. If you are considering getting your roof done it is worth the time to speak to these two gentlemen.
