    New chairs and more Normatec.
    Chris L.

My husband has been a member/going here for nearly three years. He was one of the first people to sign up and he's been here since then. He has lots of aches and pains since he is a fitness trainer/manager/GM for the past 6+ years. He swears that the chamber does wonders for him. He usually goes in there for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. I belive that is the maximum time. I posted a few pictures of how cold the temperature is in there. Can you believe it is ~-169°?! Yes, that's right! Negative! BBBRRR!! They have had limited hours since they re-opened a few months ago due to the pandemic; but, he still goes to this location even if it's once or twice a week. Actually, due to his work schedule, he has been going there that duration for awhile. Lindsey has been here for about three years and she is always so welcoming to him and my girls. My girls will sit and wait for him and she will talk and engage with them when it isn't busy. My husband said he has seen how some members speak to her and she handles it very firmly and eloquently. She is such a sweetheart and is always professional on the few occasions I go with him. Last week Aaron renovated US Cryotherapy and it looks really nice. It's always been clean whenever I have walked in; but, it looks better now. They added comfy lounge chairs and two more Normatec leg boots for members. My husband bought his own and has had muscle guns for nearly two years; but, they have these here too. My husband drives out of his way to be a member at this location so that tells you how much he loves this location and the staff.

    Infrared Sauna! Love it.

I live a pretty active lifestyle. I've got aches and pains everywhere from head to toe that massage and chiropractic can't fix. I saw a Groupon for Cyrotheraphy and I thought I'd give it a shot and after my 5 visits I was hooked. After 3:30 in the chamber felt immediate relief. All the inflammation on my elbows, knees, shoulders and low back were gone. The staff is amazing Aaron, Natalia, Sim, Justin, Leslie, Charlie , Madison and Cameron are awesome. A typical day at US Cryotherapy for me would be 15 minutes on the teeter (inversion table), 3:30 in the chamber, 1/2hr in the infrared Sauna and then 20 minute on the Normatec. I come in banged up and I leave feeling amazing. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you US Cryotherapy

Will it help for tendinitis of my knees?

Think of a giant ice pack. I believe it will ease the pain. It reduces inflammation. My first session lasted me for over a week, and periodic visits after that, has helped flare ups to be less in frequency and further apart

I had some work to do, and I was given a laptop stand so I could be productive during my treatment which took about 2 hours, including the photos. I felt very comfortable with Lauren. She made me feel safe and checked in frequently during the treatment. She informed me on what to expect and how long till I could expect results. I've been feeling super anxious about some stubborn fat that would NOT budge after a year and a half of dieting. Like any proper bride-to-be, I've had multiple meltdowns about my weight and how I look in my dress. ;) I was introduced to Sculptology by a friend, and I am SOOOOO glad. I can't even begin to say how amazing this place is. Nothing would do it justice!! From the moment I walked into their chic, modern office I was greeted by the absolute loveliest team I've ever met. They made me feel so comfortable and celebrated every step of the way. I've never had any cosmetic procedure before, so I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away at how encouraging and body-positive the entire experience was. A few things that really stood out: - They are absolute ARTISTS with CoolSculpting. While other places offer the service, but I don't know of any others that have their level of experience. They were able to get really precise with exactly what I needed and how to do it as efficiently as possible. There's a subtlety to their work that goes above and beyond. I felt like they really got what I wanted, understood my body type, and knew exactly what to do to get me there. - It was surprisingly comfortable. I'm a total baby about cold sensations, and wasn't sure what to expect. I was so cozy in my plush blanket, sipping warm tea, and watching Netflix on their big screen in my private room that I actually sometimes forgot I was even getting a treatment! - I felt so relaxed and encouraged that it was like a day at the spa... but better, because I'll come out of it with less fat. ;) - Their office is really lovely! They have such a clean, peaceful atmosphere there. I want to come back when I'm having a stressful day just to chill out, lol! I honestly felt so pampered the whole time, it was a really wonderful experience. It's been 4 weeks since my first round (I had 2 total), and I'm already seeing some significant results. I wore my first crop top in almost 2 years recently, which was a huge deal for me. I've been so uncomfortable with my stubborn fat, and seeing it start to go away has been HUGE for me emotionally... especially since I'm getting marred in 5 weeks!! If you've struggled with the pain of a "problem area" this is SO worth it. Do it. My body image issues have been something I struggled with my whole life, and seeing myself transform has been a very meaningful experience. On top of that, the Sculptology team is SO celebratory of every win - the extra love and support before my wedding is just incredible. These guys don't just perform a service. This is where their hearts are - they really care and it shows. I have no doubt that you will absolutely love your experience and look back on it fondly, which is more than I can say for ANY other way I have tried to get rid of excess fat. (I have developed a deep dislike of treadmills during my weight loss journey, hahaha.) You don't have to be a millionaire to get it either (I'm sure not) - they really work with you to figure out the best options for your unique needs. They work with people of every age, gender, and background. Next, I'm going to try out their CoolTone services to really tone up my muscles and build my strength now that I'm losing fat! :D Oh and -- my wedding dress FINALLY zips up and looks good!!

The biggest difference is my waist and stomach, I've lost 5 inches. Even after vacationing for several weeks my results have remained. I have recommend the treatments to all my friends. They are pain-free and relaxing, the results are amazing and quick. I literally started in May and was ready for my swimsuit in June. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and professional. I even had unexpected results, i.e. my stretch marks are fading, my cellulite has decreased, and my varicose veins have diminished too. I'm am ecstatic with the results to date and excited to continue until I get to my desired results. I have tried Ultra-shape and Vela-shape prior to Cryomed. They are a lot more expensive, uncomfortable, the treatments are about 3-4 times longer, and it takes weeks for your results to show up. The results can't even compare to Cryomed. I recommend this for anyone trying to lose fat & cellulite, tone, and firm and tighten your problem areas. It also can reduce the appearance of scars. After a brief call with an employee named Paolo, who spoke positively about the clinic, I shared the information with my relative. In hindsight, I realize that in my desperation, I may have overlooked warning signs. At the time, I did not realize Paolo is not a medical professional, even though he was the first person discussing treatment options. The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Nilda Agnes Abellera, who is board-certified in PEDIATRICS but whose clinic advertises integrative medicine. My relative traveled from out of state to begin what was described as an "intensive" 20-day cancer program. According to her account, the first three days did not feel intensive. She reported that infusion rates appeared slowed, staff could not explain the scientific basis for some treatments, and the doctor missed a planned medication review. She also observed what she believed was dried blood on a chair and described an IV bag fully draining while the needle was in place, which worried her. On October 9, 2025, she said her care was terminated immediately after raising concerns, without timely written notice, referrals, or arrangements to ensure access to medical care until she could establish care elsewhere. Referrals were only provided after I contacted the clinic. This abrupt termination caused a delay of over a month in her treatment and worsened her PTSD symptoms. She also tried to obtain her medical records multiple ways. On October 10, she requested them in person but was denied. She also submitted a written request and used the clinic's online inquiry form. As of this writing--52 days later--she has not received her complete records. When I called the clinic, Paolo was tense and dismissive, and I could not speak directly with Dr. Abellera. Given the situation, I became concerned about whether proper procedures were followed and intended to file a complaint with the Medical Board of California. Additional observations and concerns (personal experience): Family-run structure: The clinic is owned by Dr. Abellera. Paolo appears to manage many aspects, and another family member may also work there. This raised questions about oversight and role clarity. Online reviews: Of 32 Google reviews, 5 were five-star without details. Only one mentioned "cancer," making it hard to evaluate patient experiences compared with other clinics with hundreds of detailed reviews. Difficulty communicating with the physician: My relative and I tried to speak directly with Dr. Abellera; she did not speak with me, and my relative felt the doctor was unwilling to address her concerns. This lack of communication was alarming given her serious diagnosis. Cost vs. expectations: The program cost approximately $1,800 per day. Based on my relative's experience, the services did not match the program description. Others may feel differently, but this was our impression. Social media promotion: Paolo participates in Facebook groups promoting the clinic without identifying himself as an employee, which seemed misleading. I have included a screenshot for reference. In more than a decade in healthcare, I have never witnessed a more concerning divergence from a physician's duty to do no harm: terminating care without notice, effectively leaving my relative without immediate, comparable care options while facing life-threatening cancer.

Got in and out without much trouble. They did a basic review of my condition and made sure to talk…read moreabout things I should look out for. The assistant was helpful and made the process easier. It wasn't anything fancy but I felt like it was handled right.
