Just as others have said, calling and talking with Susan was a great first contact with the business. Unlike many service companies, she is quite familiar with the company and its approach to their work. (I later learned that she had been a customer and eventually started working with them - a truly excellent review in itself.) It turned out that the ends of some of the joists in the crawl space were resting on crumbling 70 year old concrete. The solution was to employ a metal support beam from close to the entrance of the crawl space all the way to the back wall as close to the crumbing side wall as possible to support the leaning joists. Once the work was done, I was surprised to see that nothing seemed to have changed. I was advised to wait a few days and that they would look to come back to make final adjustments in a couple of months. Three days later, the closet door stopped closing by itself. By the end of the week, it stayed put wherever on its path I moved it to. Another week and I could see that the low corner of the range had improved a little. It's been a bit more than a month now and I have gradually lost my fear that the kitchen floor would collapse as I was cooking. The cost was exactly as quoted, although they did more work than they had originally planned to. Just Dry Basement is an excellent, fully professional organization. I suggest that you call them without any hesitation. I can tell you that I have received no remuneration of any kind for writing this positive review and feel sure that no one else has either. They are simply that good!

That had a Main Line Waterproofing large sticker on it. This car drove quite recklessly throughout Montgomery ave. They tailed me, cut off a car, and then proceeded to cut me off too. Montgomery is known to be a busy street with lots of road work in the morning, so you should plan ahead to leave earlier rather than put everyone on the road in danger because you're late or maybe just because you're impatient. I have no way of knowing if that person works for the business or just supports the business, but either way it should be known that it's not a great idea to promote a business on the same car that you use to aggressively cut people off.

James at Mainline Waterproofing was absolutely fantastic to work with. Extremely communicative (responded in real time to me on text and emails), quick scheduling, knowledgeable and professional. I felt so confident they would do the work correctly. We weighed the pros and cons of several options and they didn't pressure us into doing more than needed. Ultimately we put in a second pump/pit and window well drains. James also introduced us to a general contractor he knew (who has also been fantastic/communicative/speedy!). They coordinated on the work, visiting the job site together, making us even more confident. My biggest thanks to James, Herb, and the rest of the crew.

When someone did call me back, I was driving and set up a time for an appointment and asked that she call me or email the appointment date and time. Never happened. Called several more times and nothing. I wasn't even living in the property in question and it was sheer coincidence that when a guy showed up to give an estimate, I happened to be at the property. It was for a crack in a poured concrete foundation wall. The guys solution was to address the crack, but then also break the poured concrete pad and basically put in a drainage pit. If you're at all familiar with Radon remediation - WORST IDEA EVER. And, totally unnecessary if you fix the crack properly. And to boot, the price was outrageous. Given the effort of just getting them through the door and their "fix one problem, but worsen another" approach (the radon), we found someone else who fixed the crack without disturbing the floor and it was perfectly repaired with no leaks in the heavy rains since that would've normally caused the crack to pass water. About 2 weeks after their estimator was there, the owner (I imagine) of the company called and asked if they could set up an appointment to come out and give a quote. Seriously? I gave him an earful. Would never use them. My recommendation: find a mason like I did.

After months of frustration, we decided to reach out to Moisture Master Pros, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Josh and his team are the real deal -- professional, sincere, and absolute experts in leak detection and mold remediation. They found the actual source of our leak, water-tested, and repaired everything -- all within just two weeks. They even arranged for cleaners to tidy up our home once the project was done! Every step of the process was thoughtful and clearly explained, and Josh is just an all-around great, hardworking guy. We're so grateful to have found this team and finally have our home back to normal. If you're looking for a team you can actually trust -- this is it. Don't waste time looking anywhere else!

The main issue is finding the leak and fixing it and they did that and more. When the water was pouring down in my bedroom they came over a weekend on Sunday evening to support and help me contain the water "leak". Next morning they found the split down spout and, were kind enough to let me sleep, and told me when I woke up. They fixed it. The reports are very clear and detailed. They give you all the information they've gathered and pictures of before and after. Overall, I am very grateful for the tough job they did here in my home. I haven't had a leak since they're work.

They "refinished steps" that lead to the front of my house and all the steps are different heights making them a tripping hazard for everyone who walks up them. Called the township and learned the standards and none were applied when they did the steps. You'd think since this is their business they would measure and stay within them. They also built two steps from scratch and the first one is a whopping 9.6 inches high and the second one is 8.6. A whole inch difference. Now when I go to sell my house it is not up to code and I have to have them ripped out and started from scratch. Thanks APM.... you just cost me thousands to do business with you. When my family, friends and neighbors see my steps they say "WTF happened"? When you look at the pictures take note that they wet the stone/cement to make it look better. Repeated calls, texts and emails and no response. DEADBEATS. By the way the other 5 star reveiw listed here is the owner!
