Contacted Sgt. Gonzalez to come into his office to do "RAP" (Recruiters Assistance Program). He answered all of my questions right away and everything was straight forward. Emailed me all necessary documents within 15 minutes and had them back to him by the end of the day. When I came into the office Sgt. Gonzalez made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions and gave me guidance about the Air Force in general. Sgt. Thomas, who is also a recruiter out of this office was helpful as well, she gave me a lot of information in regards to my next base and my future in the Air Force. I did not get recruited from this office but I wish I would've. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends who are interested in joining the military. :) read more

I'd recommend you find a different recruiting office unless you want to be spoken to like you're a clear waste of time. It's quite unfortunate because I was very excited, I've worked for months to meet all the criteria in order to enlist. And when we ran across a few issues TSgt Rosser made it clear to me that since I'm the one who wants to join, to and I quote "figure it out" instead of just providing me the necessary information and/or speaking to me like I'm a person. He spoke to me like a nuisance, like he'd rather be doing anything but being on the phone with me trying to help me join. Thankfully I got in contact with another recruiter, who has gone above and beyond to help me with my needs. Takes the time out to explain to me the differences between the civilian and military world and encouraged me to do all I can to achieve my goal of joining and serving for the United States Air Force. read more

Highly recommend this recruiting office even if information about the Air Force is all you want. My recruiter, TSgt Tuttle, was amazing throughout my whole process. He made sure he understood even my personal goals and aligned them with the benefits I would receive from the Air Force. I've heard horror stories of recruiters of all branches being lazy and not reaching out to applicants who want to join the service. However, such was not the case when I left my contact info at the Air Force Recruiting Office in Temecula. I had left a message after I got off work late night, and the very next morning, I was contacted by Staff Sgt Gonzales to my surprise. He wrote down all my info, and we had scheduled an appointment to start the process of enlisting a week later. I wanted to follow up to confirm on the appointment the day before just in case he would forget, but he did not! Staff Sgt Gonzales actually reached out to me first Monday morning before the appointment on Tuesday to confirm if I would be showing up. I was so excited a recruiter had actually reached out to me because I wanted to make the Air Force a Career as soon as I finished school. So the appointment came, and the process of joining became real. Paperwork after paperwork, I had so many questions not just about the process, but also about the Air Force itself. Staff Sgt Gonzales gave me answers to all my inquiries and made sure I left the office with EVERYTHING I wanted to know. All the other recruiters in the office were extremely helpful as well as they all have different experiences and backgrounds, so talking to them made the process and my decision a lot more clearer. As soon I got my ship date and job, I figured that would be the end of it, but NOPE. My recruiter reached out to me frequently to make sure if everything was good to go, and to make sure I keep a steady weight. I have been going in and out of the office to fill out more paperwork, and every time I showed up. my recruiter was always expecting me and was actually in the office. I hear countless stories of recruiters not being in the office or even showing up on appointments, but such wasn't the case with my recruiter. Overall, my experience with Staff Sgt Gonzales was top notch, and always responded to my texts and calls when I had questions. From what I was experiencing, a lot of the recruiters were helpful with other applicants as well every time I went to the office. During the whole process, I honestly did not feel a sense of delay or being brushed off as a number. Now I know why people say the Air Force is the best branch to join. If you want to join I would highly suggest you go to this office if you want to get the ball rolling! read more

After trying to get in contact with multiple offices around San Diego county I finally got in touch with Tech Sgt Rosser. From the second I got into contact with him, it was nothing but smooth sailing. I was super nervous about contacting a recruiter and starting the process but was met with nothing but positivity. He is extremely chill and would hit me with the facts and nothing but the facts when I would have any questions. No sugar coating and genuine answers I'm thrilled to have enlisted with him. If you're thinking about getting into contact with anyone I suggest you do it with him. He genuinely cares about personal goals and your future and will help to his best ability. 10/10 recommend. This office was very helpful from the day I walked in. TSgt Rosser was my recruiter and he was always available for questions 24/7. My medical work up took a very very long time and he kept at it throughout the year and a half. He is very supportive and doesn't try to pressure you or "trick" you into joining.
