I've come here to help manage own a few business cars, my own personal cars, and my parents cars registrations. This has made my life so much easier and have an easy way to get renewals done, PNOs lifted, and they are going to help me out with a custom built vehicle registration (different from their typical $40 fee). I usually call in before coming in to check with them what docs I will need for a specific service I need and I save even more time just knowing what to gather and then drive in. I am literally in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I was pulled over because I did not have my registration sticker on the vehicle. The sticker had recently been stolen and I had not yet gone to my DMV appointment. I also did not know where my husbands proof of insurance or registration for the vehicle was. The officer let me pull up my proof of insurance on my phone. He verified my insurance and my drivers license. He simply gave me a warning and told me to take care of the registration and make sure I get proof of insurance and place it in the vehicle.

One week ago tonite I had to call 911. My mother was very sick. The fire department came out…read morefirst, asked a few questions, took vitals & made the statement: well this is not life or death but if you want to go in for a stomach ache we will have the ambulance take you in. I, as well as my family & my mom, who was barely coherent, said yes. Better safe than sorry. Luckily we did not listen to the guy who thought he knew it all. My mother is 7 days later fighting for her life on a ventilator in the ICU following an emergency surgery she had that night. She has something very wrong with her. Had she not gone in that night she would have died at home. It has not sat right with me hearing that statement play over & over in my head, " this is not life or death" You are not doctors. Do not try to make a diagnosis after taking someone's vitals. Maybe a little more compassion and a little less cocky would be a better look for you men, who we are trusting with our loved ones.

This is the best station, I may be biased because we live across the street, but we have had…read morenothing but positive interactions over the past 10 years we have lived off Baxter. They are friendly and welcoming and have given a couple tours to our little when he was younger and completely obsessed with everything firefighter related. His all time favorite is fire engineer, Brad and always says that it's him driving every truck we pass by still years later, so he's made quite the impression. We've had interactions with them in the neighborhood picking up rattlesnakes and relocating them and most recently we were in a car accident on Clinton Keith and I'm assuming it was station 4 first on the scene. There was this amazing human, Anthony that was so patient and helped calm me down in the midst of a panic attack that led to me hyperventilating. If he is there at station 4, we would love to stop by and personally thank him for helping to make such a horrible experience a lot more bearable! We appreciate you station 4!
