I honestly can't believe how quick everyone arrived on scene, in a matter of a few minutes. How in the heck can you do this in 20 days? The guy next to me complained too. I think he got some kind of penalty? I don't know. My goodness! Did they want my first born son too? The car was 2017 - how would there still be a note and I have the original copy of the pay off letter. Just plan on being there 3 to 4 times to finally get your car registered in California.
