Brianna, your statement that my truck had "multiple leaks" is exactly why I requested evidence. I…read moreemailed Kevin Epley asking for all videos and documentation showing each individual leak Cavender Toyota claims my truck had, and I never received those videos or documentation. During this process, the Service Manager repeatedly told me that because my truck was older, when they fixed one leak, another leak could show up somewhere else. That was their explanation to me. However, when I asked for the videos and documentation showing these alleged separate leaks, they were never provided. I was also charged approximately $600 for a repair that did not resolve my oil-leak problem. If Cavender Toyota is now publicly claiming there were multiple separate leaks, then please provide the evidence showing each leak, its location, the diagnosis, and the repair performed. Telling me that the vehicle is older and that another leak can appear somewhere else is not a substitute for providing the documentation I requested. And simply stating that Cavender Toyota "considers this matter closed" does not address my concerns. I have been asking for the evidence. If Cavender Toyota has it, please provide it.

I love the truck, but even more so, I loved how quickly and easily they helped me "unload" my old piece of crap car, and drive off in this new one. It was a very good experience. Then in October 2015, I needed ANOTHER car. Back in February, I searched like 50 different dealers and individual sellers between Austin and San Antonio. But this time, I just picked up the phone and called them. They pointed me to their inventory on their website, and in a matter of minutes, I found the car I was looking for. (A sweet little red Mercedes convertible, for my wife.) We drove to San Antonio, test drove the car, and bought it on the spot. And once again, it was less than 30 minutes from the time we drove on the lot until we drove off with our new car. Now I should point out that I live in Austin Texas, and it takes us nearly 2 hours to get to this dealership. AND 2 hours back. But my experience was so good the first time (and now the 2nd time), that I don't even think twice. When I need my next car, I am going straight to these guys. You would think there must be a dealer like this in Austin Texas, but I haven't found one. (In fact, the several that I visited were all a disappointment.) in both cases, the cars were clean, and the prices were right. And I never felt any pressure. Just a very enjoyable conversation and purchase from some very nice people. If they can get me to drive all the way from Austin, they must be doing something right!

Often our newer vehicles have more maintenance issues then the vehicles I purchase here. Over the years I have found this car dealership to operate with integrity and honesty. The deals have been very fair and the support with any problems has been nothing but phenomenal. From purchasing to making payments everything works smooth and easy. Buying a used car is always a risk however I feel Jose and the team at R.A.S. works to remove the risk and stress involved. I believe this place sets the standard for selling used cars. -San Antonio Resident and Loyal Customer

Just go to Hani and this is what you'll find! He LOVES cars, loves to find you the right one and is a prince. My 22 year old son found him on Craigslist, did his research and got the best car (in his price range) and is thrilled. As a mom, I wanted to go check everything out and was not disappointed. After speaking with Hani I had no reservations about buying one of his cars!

The body was in excellent condition in spite of its 18 year age. Even the Michelin tires 225 ZR-17 were either new or almost new with low miles on them. They were in excellent condition and with the highest speed rating available. This is a huge selling point for me. Go price these tires today and you will see they are very expensive and of great quality and safety. The leather interior was in exceptional condition as well. The engine had good power and the automatic transmission shifted smoothly as well. The automatic power top was not working at the time and this was not a critical item for me. I will fix it in due time. The ride was not as smooth as it could be and so I will replace the shocks and/or struts when time and money permits. This is my 3 used car purchase from Hani in over 20 years. He is an avid car enthusiast as I am. He always buys special and or unique cars e.g. some with immaculate leather interiors, all the repairs records and/or with OEM books, new or almost new matching tires, very fast cars with Turbos or superchargers, sporty, luxury, or both. Any used car we buy will always need additional work, maintenance, parts, etc. But, in my experience with Hani's cars, he has been very successful in acquiring cars with a lot of potential. And, his prices have always been extremely competitive and more than fair and reasonable. When buying used cars, it is always "caveat emptor" (Let the Buyer beware). That is Latin and legal terminology used when purchasing used homes and/or cars, etc. It is our job as Buyers to examine the products and to decide whether or not we are willing to accept the flaws and or issues along with its great selling points as well of any used property we purchase without any warranties whatsoever.
