William Meeks was quick to contact me and put me at ease in my situation. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful while keeping a good line of communication with his clients. He has started a project in both of my bathrooms which consisted of new lighting, smooth texture walls, and painting. So far he has completed the first bathroom and I can't wait til he finishes out my second bathroom. Super happy client and I'm excited to see what other projects he can help me with. His prices are very fair and he's upfront and keeps good, straight communication with clients.

He specifically picked out multiple bases for all of the surfaces to make sure that his work lasted. I'm no expert when it comes to the exterior design of houses, but he is; he envisioned where the colors needed to go. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he was fast. He scheduled the work less than a week from when I signed, & finished it in 2.5 days.

The fence line is magnificent, the workmanship superb, and the overall cost was beyond fair when considering that the materials (3/4" stained and weather proofed pickets) are of the highest quality and board on board. Do Not Recommend FC Masonry…read more I hired FC Masonry Fabio Coehle to level pavers and apply polymeric sand. The work was poorly done, and despite two attempts to fix it, the issues were never resolved. After that, Fabio stopped responding and never returned. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this company. He is a thief!! Buyer Beware Fabio of FC Masonry claimed to be licensed, but I was unable to verify any valid license. The work to level pavers and apply polymeric sand was done poorly. He attempted to fix it twice, failed, then stopped responding and never returned. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business.

He replaced the windows in my home, but did not replace the J-Channel around the windows. Now, when it rains, there's no protection from the water getting in and under the siding all around my windows! (I will have to hire someone else to fix this issue). One piece of siding fell off on a windy day! (That has never happened before in 26 years of living in my home). I had so many problems with Mayhem Renovations LLC, so I am just going to list the issues I had to deal with, or this will be an extremely long review. * brings kids on the job site * GF/SO shows up, carves "hi!!" on my back deck and hangs out while he's working * Owner extremely rude and easily angered * Leaves hardware staples all around my home, even when I sat trash can out for them to use, they refused to use it, said they used a magnet (I only saw that magnet one time) * DOUBLE mobile deposited one of my checks to two different accounts- business acct. & personal acct. at two different credit unions!!! How is this "an accident?" * 1 of 4 checks I wrote to M.R.LLC, was declined by my credit union, because of the above issue (double deposit), and I had it corrected, but he wasn't as understanding as I was, and when I asked for that check back, he had ripped it up into pieces and handed it to me like that * I had to borrow a heavy duty rolling magnet to go around the house twice, and pick up the staples they left behind * Hammered a nail into a piece of siding * Some siding doesn't match up evenly like before Again, this review is based solely on my personal experience with Jeff & Mayhem Renovations, LLC.
