He estimated one week; it took NINE weeks. We had other jobs we initially wanted to use this company for, because they started off really strong, but as time went by, we began to notice deficiencies. Erick and his crew were pleasant enough, but it is easy to deduce that they are accustomed to being subcontractors: cleanup is not their forte. They left my bathroom a mess, damaged the walls surrounding the bathroom they remodeled and ironically, they tore up my hardwood floors in my bedroom, hallway, and living room as they removed bathroom tiles, and instead of fixing them, told *me* to use furniture polish to repair it. As far as the remodel goes, the best thing we can say is it is better than when we started. There are too many things to list here, but overall, we are disappointed. We settled for second-choice items to "speed up" the renovation, yet still had to wait on other items, meaning we could have had our first choice anyway. Weeks into the "one-week" renovation, we saw less and less of them, as they had gotten busy with three other jobs before completing mine. We had to call them back after two weeks of not showing up at all to complete the job. We could not use our bathroom for more than two months, and once we did, we noticed things undetectable to the naked eye, such as puddling in the corner of the shower, or the window ledge being at three different angles! My husband did a better job sanding and painting the walls before they came back to complete the job than they got paid to do in the first place! I will not be using this company again.

We are doing a complete renovation of a 1970's house.....Turns out it had aluminum wiring, yikes…read more After a complete rewire, a friend turned us on to Orange Park Drywall Estimator Mitch arrived promptly and did a walk thru. Couple of days later, their crew arrived, on time. Hung new drywall where previously the paneling was in the family room. Then they repaired all the damage from the rewire. The finishers did an amazing job. Next day the ceiling crew arrived, got rid of all the popcorn bubble ceilings and replaced with new "double knock down" treatment. Lastly they removed all the debris. Sabrina was wonderful and helped coordinate everything We would highly recommend them!!!

Don't understand why my husband cannot ask your subcontractor questions about the work they did but didn't complete on our house. We were sent our first billing on Thursday evening and by Friday morning began the most unprofessional harassment of my husband and myself stating that the bill was past due. Constant harassing persisted over the weekend and Monday morning we received hateful messages asking my husband if he had a Masters degree? Who says that? Never would I accept the harassment or berating from anyone. His wife is the office manager and she was the worst. I would never recommend this company.
