BUT, my last service with this company - the person did odd jobs (easy) was at my house 7 hours and charged 1700$. That's about 242.00$/hr for things like changing a light bulb on back porch with my step ladder... having a wreath hanger over a tall door I could not reach due to ‍. And the invoice you be the judge. I have now asked 3 different handyman and all said this job should have been 600$ at the most. And why was he at your house 7 hours for these tiny jobs ( except one saftey bar placement in bathroom). You be the judge. I won't be recommending them to my neighbors or friends. everyone is struggling with high prices but to take advantage...

I might have been a BIT wary when Karen told me that I would owe the cost of an estimate ($94) if I chose against using their services. I might have given 2 stars because Clayton was such a stand up guy. He arrived on time, studied the job, took pictures and returned to his van to write up the estimate. Drumroll, please..... One Thousand and Ninety-One Dollars!! Yes, you read that right. $1,091.00!! And this is for doors that I already OWN!!! I laughed! It was preposterous!! 4 or 5 TIMES the amount I was considering appropriate for the work involved! So if you have lottery money, give these folks a call. I bet they do a good job. They better for what they charge. If, like me, you DO NOT have lottery money, it's back to the drawing board. Postscript: Home Depot has a BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT SLIDING SCREEN DOOR for $89.00 plus tax - $94...coincidentally what I paid for the pleasure of an estimate. Note to self: ONLY free estimates from now on; only free estimates, only free estimates, only free estimates...

Today, too many people define if a person is professional or not based on what they do for a job,…read morenot how they do their job. If you want to work with a company that is truly professional, call Royal Crown and More. When we decided to have crown molding installed in our entire home, we contacted 4 companies for bids. All 4 companies were well reviewed, reputable organizations. Russell from Royal Crown came to our home to measure the rooms for which the molding was to be installed. Russell was the only 1 of the 4 companies providing bids to walk us through the process steps from our taking down things like pictures and such to their post-completion warranty. The process explained to us is 100% of how their installing our crown molding happened. Short and sweet, Royal Crown and More are true professionals. Russell and his team were friendly, courteous, and did an amazing job. We cannot see a seam in the crown molding whether along a wall, an inside corner, or outside corner. They cleaned up after the job as well as any professional cleaning service would do. We have found no sanding dust, saw dust, paint drips, etc. They even cleaned our driveway where they cut the molding. No sawdust visible in the driveway. My wife and I pride ourselves on doing remodeling jobs ourselves. Installing crown molding is not one that we care to tackle. Royal Crown and More is a marriage saving company. Had we tackled this ourselves, we would have to buy significantly more molding due to mistakes, repair drywall due to the process, buy a 55 gallon drum for our curse jar, enlist the help of a marriage counsellor, and potentially divorce lawyers. The rooms in our home now are finished with the crown molding being the frosting on the cake. Thank you Crown Molding and More for what you have done to our home.

This is an update regarding work completed in April 2024. The work itself was satisfactory,…read morehowever, the communication was inadequate. I am rating this company one star because, after submitting a check for payment in April, it was not cashed, now its December. Mrs. Amy contacted me in December, initially suggesting the check had not cleared, implying like it was my fault they DIDN'T cash the check, 8 MONTHS LATER. Two hours later, she stated the payment had been processed. I immediately contacted my bank the following day due to this discrepancy. My bank confirmed an unauthorized ACH withdrawal was done DECEMBER 10TH 2024, they investigated the matter, and refunded my money. I am extremely disappointed by this company's actions and their lack of timely communication. Amy's persistent contact over a week felt like harassment. My attempts to speak with her supervisor as I requested was unsuccessful. This company demonstrates poor communication and problem-solving skills, consistently placing blame on the customer instead of taking responsibility for there faults. Hopefully the owner of this company will attempt to resolve issues that customers have, since the COO which I was told that's Amy's supervisor, WILL NOT RETURN CALLS.
