For this review, I would like to highlight three things that made me happy with choosing HydroWash Heros to power wash my home - 1) communication, 2) materials used, and 3) flexibility. COMMUNICATION- I used Yelp to assist me in researching and compare/contrast. Over the multitude of companies I reviewed, HydroWash had great reviews for service and price. Jason from HydroWash responded quickly and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and also had a few of his own to make sure he got the pricing right. His communication stayed consistent throughout the process with verifying appointment the day prior and always responding in a timely manner. MATERIALS USED - In speaking with Jason, he reassured me of the types of chemicals used and its dilution percentage. While researching power washing companies, I learned various companies can use many different t chemicals to include bleach to treat a house. The solution used by HydroWash is safe and doesn't effect paint or siding of homes. FLEXIBILITY: When setting up an appointment with HydroWash, Jason was upfront with his schedule and was able to fit me in immediately. I had figured I would agree to an appointment within 30 days. It's like when we slowly put on weight,... Those who see us everyday don't see it creeping up but suddenly one day we look in the mirror and there it is! It's kinda the same with my home and rental properties. Sometimes it's not until I get it power washed that I realize how dirty it was and how wonderful it looks now. Such was the case with HydroWash Heroes. They did such a wonderful job on one of my properties that I asked them to do the others as well. I found owner and operator Jason to be very cordial and professional. Not only that, when there was an issue with a piece of equipment he quickly remediated the situation to make sure his services were provided in a the manner in which they should. He really went the extra mile! Some neighbors thought I had just had the house painted and that made me laugh. Let me tell you, power washing is a lot cheaper than painting a whole house and they did a great job! I'm definitely going to use them again and I would highly recommend.
