Even though they diagnosed my cat, correctly, he did not like anybody! I won't return!

Twenty minutes later person came in to weigh our dog and never said hello to us or the dog... just put her on scale. gave her weight and left. not another word. Rude as hell so my wife is having a what is going on moment. Didn't say vet is running behind or anything... vet never came in. We had been here about 2 years before and got a call middle of her teeth cleaning and a few removal and they called while she was on the table sedated and said she had a tumor. didn't notice until they turned her over. I asked about them checking her before surgery as she was acting sore and moved positions a lot. not her normal self. They didn't check her but took her to surgery. called us 1/2 way through and said she had a huge tumor we could bring her home to die or euthanize. charged for teeth cleaning and euthanasia. So why did we go back? . honestly I'm not sure but because my mych older dog with very few teeth needs the heart worm shot and they are 1 of few vwts who offer it which is easier on her and should a vacation.... right? well needless to say they weren't touching this dog today....got up and left. when have you ever gone to vet front desk rude... then no one says hello when they enter the room but even worse... doesn't even say anything to the dog. just scoops her like a bag of trash and weighed her. We had been sitting in the room for 20 minutes prior to this. I went out to waiting room and started to say we were leaving but the vet and assistant were all standing in hall so we told them why we were leaving..fortunately we have choices and we don't have to go back. I was so upset with experience and probably the emotions of loosing 1 dog there ....but i wasn't going to pay someone to be treated like a piece of shit. ive had so many animals and wonderful vets. never been treated like this ever.

Although a trip to an emergency vet isn't ideal, the staff here is. Each person, in every…read moreinteraction - from front desk to vets - has been compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. My muted calico, Abby, named after Dr. Abigail Whiting, who quite literally saved her life more than seven years ago after she ate something that resulted in a dangerous obstruction, is here again today. I'm in during pre-dawn hours for recurring constipation that we just can't seem to completely get reined in. Dr. Symphony Nguy is taking care of my fuzzy little baby right now. She is incredibly passionate and patient, with a totally soothing voice and mannerisms. She's convinced Abby's issues are able to be resolved with a comprehensive, multi-pronged treatment plan! She offered several recommendations, spoke with me briefly about nutrition and offered immediate relief and hope for many more healthy, happy years with my feline companion. As well, this past weekend, we needed to bring in mom's 19-year-old "Good Kitty" to be euthanized. She told us she was ready to go to Kitty Heaven and in the moment, our regular vet was unavailable. It was all a bit of a blur, but suffice it to say, the staff was understanding and kind throughout. I highly recommend VSS and their team, especially Salem.

He was great to talk to and gave me the information I needed before we came. We were shown into a room right away. It did take awhile to see the doctor, but they checked in on us while we were waiting. It took less time than I imagined it would. We saw Dr. Whiting who explained what was happening to our dog. He had vestibular disease (vertigo). She didn't rush us and answered all of our questions. He was treated and sent home with meds. The entire office and rooms were very clean and taken care of. Everyone we came in contact with was very kind. Thank you for helping our little guy.
