Starts out by waiting in the room for 2 hrs before seen, then rushed observation, when asked for notes of visit was told I had to wait 20 min after so I did, then after 20 min was told they would call when ready. Pharmacy never got prescription, then I had to go out of town for work and came back and kept saying they sent it, and it's something on the pharmacys end. So my daughter has poison ivy and I picked up her kids Monday morning for several of them with rashes. I had 4 of her kids and 3 especially 1 of them showed signs of rashes and I took them to urgent care this morning. My daughter does not have insurance so I had to pay 203.00 per child. What happened to its cheaper to pay cash ??? They should have said let's just look at the 1 child that is worse and go from there since no insurance and 4 kids. With people struggling these days that sure would have helped . Yes o should have said let's just check 1 child but I am a caring grandma and wanting the best . This family has so many struggles going on in the last year and I personally can't afford to ket go of 609.00 as well but I did . On top of this they didn't do anything for the kids but said give a oatmeal bath and cortisone cream . Really and you charged me 609.00 ?? Should've looked at the reviews first. Made an appointment for 11:30, still in the waiting room an hour later because they're "backed up" what's the point of having an appointment? Call the patients that you know that have an appointment booked and tell them ahead of time to come in later at Xtime so they aren't sitting and waiting for over an hour in your waiting room. I've filled out paperwork each time I've been here because their system switched over and it "didn't save" Block the online booking platforms or make your walkins wait until the people that had appointments have been seen. I was traveling for work when I managed to cut myself fairly seriously. The staff at this urgent care are very friendly, including the nurses and receptionist. We only waited 15 minutes to be taken back to an exam room. The nurse who initially took care of me was amazing. Then I met the doctor who was very compassionate. Don't recall his name exactly, Dr F (bald). He sutured me up quickly and talked to me the entire time to keep me relaxed. I didn't expect to have an experience as I did, I thought urgent care was a big step down for medical care, but I was wrong. Top knotch people and facilities. read more

This place may help with immediate services and band aids, but any legitimate doctor issues, don't bother. We went for refills since we are new to the area and don't have a primary yet, but they wouldn't refill my meds. Instead, AFTER paying the co pay, they gave us a business card for their primary Dr's office and said to go there. They pushed this place hard. It's bordering on a scam what they are doing here, definitely falls under the unethical side. The same Dr's own both locations, and obviously they are more concerned about business than they are patient needs and providing what the patient actually needs. I needed refills until I could see an actual dr to get the annual fills, they wouldn't even provide that. Dr Nelson, Dr Dunn, Dr Johnson, and Dr Farahmand, all of the names listed on the door were not there and we were told they only stop in once a month by the nurse. When we tested for Covid they told us it would be 24 to 48 hours. We tested on Thursday they said they would have the results Saturday. On Saturday they said they didn't get the results so it would be Sunday. I asked if the lab was open on Sunday and they said yes. On Sunday I called and they said the lab was closed on Sunday and I would not get the results till Monday. Very unprofessional and inaccurate information daily. read more

AVOID!!! AVOID!!!! We booked an appointment online for 11am. We were the first ones in the door when they opened at 11am and the first to check in, as well as turn in all the forms at the desk. Makes sense that we'd be seen right away? NOPE! After they saw Four walk-In in front of us we walked out and hour and twenty minutes later! Don't waste your time! In the hour and twenty minutes we were there not one person had even been discharged so they had yet to complete even one patient. When I asked about the appointment time the receptionist was rude and stated we'd be seen if and when they got around to it. Another lady came in and was told there would be a minimum of two hour wait, probably longer with only two patients in the waiting room. We received a phone call nearly TWO HOURS after our appointment time/opening time, they called to see if we were in the waiting room and ready to be seen!!! Absolutely a waste of time! read more

AVOID! Lost my blood, never called, I had to do all followup go back and get more drawn. One of several problems there. Kristen is one of the most Rude individuals I have ever dealt with. After 2 months of trying to get a referral, it was blamed on insurance, me, other thigns, they were working on it etc etc and after 2 months of course I was irritated. Called and Kristen completely cut me off and interrupted me while I was trying to talk, she kept doing that and I finally yelled to try and get her to stop so I could get something said. She hung up. Called back, she hung up, then put me on hold then I talked to someone else. I asked to speak to the doctor which was Dane, they said he was busy with patients so I drove up there. Instead of helping me or even hearing me, first thing Dane said is, this will be short "you need to leave". All I have been trying to get was a simple referral. Like any normal person trying to get a doctors office to do a simple easy task like submit the referral after 2 months of this not happening I am the bad guy and the one told to leave because I was upset. I think the fact I was patient for 2 months says more about their inability to do a simple Job. Funny, people I have talked to love the providers and hate the staff. I dont hate the staff, I just think Kristen in particular is too abrasive a personality and heartless to be in a position to show any compassion to a persons needs. She is the face of that place. As far as the MA's, if they cant do simple things, then hire better people. I do not believe this place is equipped to be a PCP. They need to stick to urgent care only. Dane, doubt you will ever read this, but I actually had respect for you, but today proved different. I did not walk in cussing or screaming or even raising my voice. In fact i never said a word. You just told me to leave. You told me on other visits the staff had incompetence problems. I just wanted to know why no one there cared to help me. Go to your regular doctor! I went to Urgent Care because of strep and was billed $550 for the office visit ($401), the nurse giving me a shot ($99), and $50 for the shots and throat culture. Had I known it was going to cost me $500 just to be seen, I never would have gone there. Why didn't I get an up-front, before treatment, estimate of the "office visit"? I guess it's a best kept secret. They even claimed that they couldn't run the insurance estimate and had me pay $140 then billed me another $105. I just took my wife up there on June 17 2020 at 5:35 we waited for over 45 min with only one person in the back my wife was in pain and was tired of waiting and went up to the window and asked for a refund of if she could just come buy tomorrow and all of a sudden wouldn't you know it the nurse was not busy any more a room was open and there conversation was done they open there door in the front ready for my wife and the little nurse ask are you ready and so my wife answered her with a mmm hmm and the nurse came back at my with "is that a yes OR a MMm Hmm" then started talking under her breath where she couldn't be heard I guess too afraid to speak up my thing is why be rude when we paid you for a service and your too lazy too do it and then get mad when we want a refund you get pay for a service no work no pay the Karen behind the counter told my wife that she needs to leave when my wife told her that little nurse need to check her attitude this is the third time we have went here all bad this one was the worst two "workers" gang up on my wife who was in pain after we paid y'all to sit and do nothing thank you I added the date and time so you know who was working read more
