Two of my doctors use this lab so I have been a few times. The last two times I was not a bit happy. Two doctors sent over orders for tests. When I got there I was told all I had to do was a urine test. I knew which doctor had ordered this one. I asked about the blood tests and was told no, this was the only one. I knew better so after being told again the urine test was the only one, I left. The next day I was called and told I needed to come in for blood work, so back I went. TWO WEEKS later I got a message telling me I needed to call and set up an appointment to get my tests done. I tried FOUR times to call, no answer so I left messages for a call back.....nobody called me back!!! read more

Great staff. They do get very busy so I recommend an apt. Overall great place. I had a bad experience at quest and the ladies definitely made things better. read more

Horrible! Rude!! Mistreated my wife who was just dropping off a sample. Private practice they'd fire these people and be outa business! Avoid them if you can. read more

Staff apathetic, don't answer phone if need to ask questions and definitely will not stay one minute past closing time. Even if that makes a pt have to come back another day or after long weekend. An embarrassment to the clinic And health care profession. read more

So far I am not impressed. I have been waiting a hour . They have one person working. Getting up early and not having anything to eat or drink. I have to come here because of insurance. They need to have aleast 2 people working. read more
