I'm very happy with the care we received. My child was able to be tested for covid, flu, and strep. The nurse practitioner was very kind and spent time to listen to us. The MA was quick and effective. I liked how straight forward it was. They even took the curtsey to make sure the Rx for treatment was sent to an open (24 hr) pharmacy. One step ahead of us. Bad service. Rushed out the door, felt like my issue was not a concern to my provider.

Scheduled an appointment for 2:45 on their website. Get to the location and am told they don't do appointments (even though their website says they do!) and that it'll be close to a 2-hour wait. I had already driven 40 minutes to get here and needed to be home to pick up my child in 2 hours. Even though I showed them the email confirming the appointment , they would not honor it. All she kept saying is they were working on their website. This was so unprofessional and not good business ethic! I will never be back here again! read more

I would not recommend this place. They lie about your wait times to get you in. We were told it would be a 1 hour wait. And we were there for a little over 3 hours with our 3 year girl who had a terrible ear infection. On top of that the nurses weren't friendly what so ever. It felt like we were talking to a robot. The doctor saw us for 5 minutes and gave us antibiotics right away and sent us on our way. He seemed to be the only one working with urgency! I will say the doctor was friendly. But would not recommend this place. Just be honest about wait times up front. read more

After trying to make an appointment online and seeing only afternoon appointments I went ahead and went in since they take walk ins. They got me back in a room within 10-15 minutes of being there. I saw Dr. smith and he was amazing! He took the time to go over my symptoms, medication, and even vitamins. He gave me multiple instructions of things to try and printed it out so I would not forget. He was friendly and seemed like the type of doctor that actually cares, not like the ones who come in to see you and leave within a few minutes. I would recommend Dr smith! read more

I was seen yesterday and paid $50 basically for the nurse practitioner not Dr. to tell me keep taking over-the-counter medicine. I obviously had already been doing that which of course I did tell her. I did test negative for flu, Covid and strep, but I was running a slight fever at the time I went in, and I was coughing up green crud ! Usually this usually indicates you have a sinus infection. She did not bother to call me in an antibiotic making me waste my time and money! I ended up having to call Teladoc to get help. I will not be back next time I'll just go to a real doctor! read more

Fortunately, this Urgent Care provides mediocre care for the small town. However, not once, but twice they have made billing an absolute dishonest nightmare, no response, open ended promises and extremely poor customer service and reception. I had an open claim that was nearly impossible to handle in 2019, where I paid an unfair bill to prevent myself from ending up in collections. I was and still am very much insured, yet this PAID situation is brought up every time I walk in the door for treatment. The excuse every time is that billing is not done in office. Again, this month (August 2021), I was treated under VA approved care. For Veterans who are unaware, you get 3 paid Urgent Care visits a year and Integrity allegedly falls in network for this. Customer service put on a smile, said all was approved and I was treated. Nearly 4 weeks later and they somehow got my treatment billed to my employers insurance by fraudulently utilizing my social security number. When I called to address this issue, Emily advised that something like that WOULD NEVER happen because it is absolutely against policy. Emily also confirmed that my current employer insurance was NOT on file (which was intentional on my part, as VA discouraged providing to prevent something like this happening). As of today, Billing is non-responsive, the contact phone rings and rings, I've spoken to Emily, who promised a call back 2 weeks ago, now someone name Aubrey, who is suppose to have the area manager, Jessica, return my call. I've also confirmed with VA that I was approved for 100% coverage for the visit and unfortunately providers will try to get by, by getting more $$$, at the expense of lying to patients. If you you want HONEST care, I do not recommend utilizing this Urgent Care facility. They hire dishonest staff, proven by the 3 staff members I've name dropped and who have been absolutely NO HELP. read more

Got in pretty fast. It took over 45 minutes for me to get the results from the 15 minute flu test. But that's actually all OK. they called in a prescription for flu meds and my pharmacy didn't have it. So I called as soon as they opened the next morning, so they could call in something else for me. To the pharmacy. They said that they could not address it until they basically had no patients in the waiting room. Which is exactly what happened. At 6 PM that evening, they called me back regarding the question I had. Lol. Ok. I didn't have a question. I requested that they call in a prescription for Tamiflu. To my pharmacy. That I knew the pharmacy had. they call me something and differently. Luckily, I have a friend that's a doctor and he called the prescription in for me. After waiting on them for about five hours to call me back. So if you're really sick or don't have a friend, that's a doctor, this is probably a place to avoid. read more

Have been sick for several days with flu like symptoms including fever. Wanted to wait it out but after 4 days of fever and not really knowing if something else is wrong I go in. I got in fast, paperwork isn't bad either. I was tested for flu and strep but declined covid swab because they wanted a send out and there's nothing they could do if I was positive anyways. I did however take 3 at home tests for covid and they were all negative. My issue is here I am severely sick for several days come to you for help and I'm the one asking can we do blood work, blood cultures? She said we could do a CBC but it is a send out and would take a few days because they don't have a machine to test it there and no blood culture's available. Either way I felt it has to be viral which is part of the reason I didn't go to begin with but at least offer me some type of medicine to help with my symptoms. Steroid shot, muscle relaxer for the brutal muscle aches! Anything. I didn't even ask for medication after the blood work ordeal. So if you want basic tests this is your place but if you expect more because of what there services say on their web page choose somewhere else. read more

Literally the SLOWEST doctors office I've ever been to! I've had 4 covid type tests here. They get you in super fast, draw the blood or stick the swab up your nose, then you wait for AT LEAST 45 min to an hour to see the doctor (which isn't necessary...you're just getting blood work!!!!). Literally, one other car in the parking lot and maybe one other patient all 4 times I've gone. I don't understand why it takes so frikken long! My husband went too and out of the 8 doctor visits, the same amount of wait time each visit! read more

Dr. Cynthia and her staff were so kind, patient and efficient. I went in for a physical and labs. Felt very comfortable to ask questions if things were unclear.
