He bad mouthed his own family in front of us. They had a very small TV for the video, there was paint peeling from the furniture in the home, especially the post in front of the casket. The day of the services, he was a completely rude to my family. He must have under estimated the services, because he made up charges such as delivering flowers to Hospice, multiple newspapers ads and cosmetic services to the tune of $1200.
