Before choosing a company, I compared several TV mounting businesses on both Yelp and Google. I ultimately decided on Bay Area Wall Mounts because of their established reviews and the photos of their previous work, and I'm glad I did. Ismat installed our 65" LG C6 TV along with an LG S95TR soundbar above our fireplace and mantel. I was initially unsure whether the fireplace and mantel would make the installation more difficult, but he handled it without any issues and made sure everything was centered, level, and positioned properly. One of the biggest things I wanted was a clean installation with no visible cords. They were able to create a power bridge system that concealed the wiring and routed everything to a nearby outlet. They also left us with additional connectivity so we can add two more HDMI devices in the future. The finished setup looks very clean and professional. The price was fair, although perhaps a little on the higher side compared with some options I looked at. That said, I would rather pay for quality workmanship and have the job done correctly than simply choose the cheapest option, especially when mounting an expensive TV above a fireplace. Overall, I'm very happy with the finished result and the quality of the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bay Area Wall Mounts again for any future TV mounting needs, and I would definitely recommend Ismat and the team.

We had an outlet fairly near the TV, and wanted the cable to be invisible, but what with the Pro's cable not being rated to go inside the wall, and the location of the studs, it was complicated. Anthony talked us through the options, and periodically showed us what he'd found inside the wall and what that meant for the installation plan. Often when I hire home-service professionals, I feel nervous because they don't really explain what they're doing or why it's the best solution; but I felt like I could trust Anthony completely. He and his assistant were highly professional, friendly, and great communicators, and I'd 100% go back to them next time I need this kind of work.

This time we had a 77 inch TV mounted /wires inside the wall /connected to a soundbar. Not only did they do a fantastic job. The attention to detail stands out. From using a towel to place their tools - to not scratch our entertainment center, sweeping up our floor, and after setting up everything reviewing how to adjust the equalizer on the soundbar. If you want the best - look no further! Thank you Mount Em Up

These guys are not professionals and there's a reason they're cheaper than other services…read more They made multiple unnecessary holes in my wall because they seemingly didn't know how to properly use their equipment and they left without replacing screws they had removed from my converter socket. They claimed outlet was not "up to code" and didn't work. It works perfectly fine. they are not licensed electricians or handy men. Worst of all they tried to leave without even straightening the TV! when I pointed out to the level was clearly showing it wasn't straight, they told me it was "the best they could do" The entire experience was extremely unprofessional. I was genuinely concerned they might damage my TV and I ultimately had to call an actual professional installer afterward to fix their work. The small amount you might save is absolutely not worth it. I would strongly recommend going with a reputable professional instead.

Exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and care…read more I had two TVs mounted today -- my new 77" Samsung and my existing 65" Sony Bravia -- and I couldn't be happier with the service. The installations were not exactly straightforward. The main TV was going over an original brick fireplace, and I chose a pull-down mount, which requires much more precision and skill than a standard TV mount. I'm the daughter of a long line of carpenters, so I tend to notice how someone approaches their work. From the moment Jay arrived, I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He took the time to prepare properly, worked confidently and carefully, and I could immediately relax knowing that everything was going to be mounted securely and correctly. Watching someone who truly knows what they're doing is such a pleasure. He was also incredibly clean and respectful of my home. His wife worked alongside him throughout the installation, and the two of them were exceptionally efficient without ever making the work feel rushed. He was also wonderfully resourceful. I had planned to purchase a separate bracket for my soundbar, but he found an elegant way to attach it using the existing TV mount, saving me about $90 while actually giving me a cleaner-looking installation. I really appreciated that he wasn't just there to install things -- he was thinking about the best solution for my setup. The entire experience was professional, thoughtful, efficient, and beautifully done. Both TVs look fantastic, everything feels extremely secure, and the work area was left spotless. Highly recommend.
