Their team was well-organized, safety-conscious, and worked with care around our plants and building exterior. They were extremely thorough -- literally scrubbing many parts of the building by hand, including your deck. They are a small team behind Baywide, Manny & Brittany. Very polite, hardworking, and clearly take pride in their work. They made no complicated demands or challenges like some of the other companies we spoke to. They were also competitively priced and carried proper insurance. Our building looks great now after the pressure wash. Thank you Manny, Brittany, and your team for a job well done!!!

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

I kind of put this work on the back burner and wasn't even thinking about it, but Ray sent me a text to follow up, so he had someone out that same day to start the work. OMG! They did such great work! All of the nasty graffiti was removed and it was a big job: approx 3' above the ground - graffiti was approx 4' high, it started from the side of our building to the rear of the building and that looked like 50 yards (just an estimate - could be more). BOY, you would not even know that there was graffiti on the wall. They were so nice and not invasive of my time. They just came here to do the work and had very little face to face interaction with me. The price that was quoted was SPOT ON! Everything was done through text - pretty amazing technology! We are happy with their work and would use them again.
