Came in the other day to buy some new clothes but wasn't too sure what I wanted but Mikelle got mr right she was so nice and helpful!

This is actually my favorite urban outfitters, not too big so I don't feel overwhelmed AND the employees don't bother you. I know some people like to have "good customer service" and have the employees talk to you but I'm the complete opposite. I like to be left alone and the employees here aren't following you around. They say "hey" when you come in and that's it and I LOVE it. I've seen some reviews about "bad customer service" at this location and I think anyone who expects employees to cater and serve to them need to get over themselves‍ I spend so much money here and it doesn't help that it's only 10 minutes from my house lol read more

Embedded in metros around our great land and chock full of what the kids often reference as outfits, these guys suggest a flavor of hip in tow -- a bouillabaisse of accessible style and kitsch designed, no doubt, to appeal to those of us looking for some new threads or other items but who might prefer some of those items with sense of humor intact. Make no mistake that they're not beyond appealing to certain subsets of the masses, but I've always been pretty amped when I've unearthed something a little quirky here. And I've watched as this space has transformed into its current state. If you've hit an Urban Outfitters before, this won't be the most expansive one you've seen. But it's a pretty spot-on makeover of a space perfectly keyed for this kind of redesign. And if that means I score some new threads or kicks on the fly, sounds like a ready scene to me. read more

I often bring my little girl with me and they are always so accommodating- not to mention they have a good sale section and the store isn't so big it's overwhelming- I always find a new favorite something- yesterday it was a cute green dress! but the customer service it what keeps me coming back to this location! I'm so happy to have an Urban Outfitters in Fort Worth after years of traveling to Dallas to get my fix. This location is a tad smaller than I'm used to, but still roomy and well stocked with classic UO apparel from grunge to country to mod. Prices are up there, of course, but I was somewhat impressed with the sale section which was in an alcove of its own. Found some $10 flats, $15 leggings, and a whole lotta gloves and scarves. Too bad winter hits Texas so rarely and sporadically. The small parking lot outside is a comfort, and inside there's a pretty cool layout going on. The staircase in the middle makes this location feel lofty and bigger than it really is (there isn't much up there), but it's definitely a fun space. I can't decide if it's helpful or a hassle for the dressing rooms here to be upstairs, but the staff was definitely cool and willing to run back and forth if you needed a different size/color. I felt too guilty to ask them to do that, however, so I ran back and forth myself. My exercise for the month is now complete! I'll be back soon for more activity and more leggings, absolutely. read more

In general, I'm a fan of Urban. I remember when I lived in Vegas and they would have the half off the sale items special and we'd all call each other and run up there and buy $7 dresses. I was stoked when Austin got a location that wasn't at UT. And when I moved back to FW, it was right in time for the grand opening of the FW location. We have a Madewell AND an Urban. We fancy. They have the only high waisted shorts I will wear. (BDG 4 Lyfe) and recently I found out that you can go in the store and order an item from the website and not have to pay shipping. My Lisa Frank dolphins shirt is stoked to be making its way to me shipping cost-free at the moment. Then last night they had a Locals Only event and I went and it was a ridiculously fun, outside Texas summer time. The food truck was on point (though they also did not have Topo Chico or Jarritos, which I find appalling but is not UO's fault). The bands were fantastic. There was free beer being served (Of which I can not partake, being on 4 antibiotics). Good job Urban. Also to note: you can not park in the West 7th parking garage if you're visiting Urban. Completely silly, especially if I'm willing to not get validated and just pay the cost. I do not understand this situation but just worth noting in case security dudes ask. Maybe you're going to LA fitness in your dress and flats, ok?! read more

They were helpful and did their job I swear a-lot of you expect retail workers to kiss your a**es and feet and if they don't they're "lazy" and "rude". I love Urban Outfitters though the style has changed a bit I stay loyal. I visited the Fort Worth location and was horrified at the bad treatment. No customer service what so ever! like I was a bother to them while they do the "store task" "online something" what I was told once by the cashier. I felt very unwanted. The WHOLE staff was this way I needed help with jeans and basically was told to look and find them myself. The only cheerful fake-ness came when the associate wanted to "take my clothes in the fitting room for me" (rolling my eyes) as she ask for can she take the sweater I wore in the store and count it too. geez thanks! read more

Love this store and this area of Ft. Worth! I could spend a few hours in here just browsing around. Great spot to buy little knick knacks and fun novelty items. Also love their jewelry and trendy tops sometimes on sale. I always make sure to hit up the sale section as sometimes the store can be a bit pricey. But I'm always finding cool stuff here that I can't find elsewhere. Lots of other cute shops and restaurants in the area as well to make a day of good eats and fun finds! read more

Oh how I love Urban Outfitters. I must admit this location is really small but you can still find some good stuff here. I was so tired of driving to Dallas to get my fix of this place. Don't even bother trying to park in front of the store on 7th street. There are street spots on the cross street, a parking garage, and another whole line of spots in front of the businesses around the corner. This location is laid out a bit weirdly, with the women's stuff kind of distributed throughout and a small men's section in the back. The sale section is entirely unmarked and all the way to the back in the left. The fitting rooms are upstairs (and are the only thing upstairs). The lights in the rooms are a bit hot, which is something that a lot of stores do/have that annoys me because then people a) sweat in the new unsold clothes that go back on the racks and b) the fitting rooms end up smelling like BO. The odor wasn't too noticeable here. Staff were extra friendly and helpful - I wanted to exchange a sweatshirt so I asked if they had it in a different size and they knew on the spot they didn't have any of them in that size. I was very excited to find out that Fort Worth had acquired an Urban Outfitters (I'm from out of town, and don't have one even remotely near my hometown) and made it my mission to visit before I had to go back home. My "wish list" on UO's website is pretty extensive, so imagine my disappointment when all the women's clothes were way too bohemian and unwearable for someone of moderate clothing tastes. They also didn't seem to have much selection with anything else. And to make matters worse, the staff was thoroughly unfriendly and I wandered through the store for a good 10 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge my presence or ask if I needed anything (despite walking past me and ignoring me multiple times before)... I guess my attire of cowboy boots and a simple sweater led them to believe I was too uptight for their store. Who knows. Either way, I won't be returning to this location. The Mockingbird Station location in Dallas is much better. read more

The racks are over stuffed to where you can't look at clothing. More importantly, those who seemed to management were RUDE AF to customers. One told me the closest bathroom is 5 (driving) minutes away. Another responded to the question, "could I try these on?" With "i don't see a problem with it--*dead stare*" ??? Like no "sure, what size" or "let me see if we have them etc."- I had to ask again for my size that I needed, and walk him through the process as if I were asking for something unheard of. I'm sorry but trying on a pair of shoes at a retail store is not common. Terrible customer service. read more

This is the smallest Urban Outfitters I've ever been to. The selection for women's clothing isn't much, and there is no home department. There also wasn't a sale area, which most UO have. The photo booth is always cool, but not much else to see here. The sales staff here ignore you, too, which is the first time I've ever walked unto an UO with no greeting. read more

Customer service isn't terrible, there are some employees who are extremely nice but some will look you up and down and glare. They do a pretty good job at disinfecting and keeping everything clean. If you don't want to get judged by random customers in the store don't go lol. read more

The employees are rude and they just go on break in the middle of the day for hours. I walked over here and as I was at the stoplight they put up a sign saying they are closed for an hour and a half. They did not advertise that they would close so they messed up my schedule. My friend actually also pulled up while I sat outside and said how inconvenient this was. I sat outside and saw multiple ppl come to the store then they had to leave bc it was closed. This is very unprofessional and the employees are looking out for themselves. Also what store doesn't accept cash???? I understand ur worried abt COVID but maybe wear gloves instead of rejecting the most popular form of money. She was willing to help me find all the right sizes and colors despite having to run downstairs for me. She also has a fabulous fashion sense and pointed me toward all the right clothing choices. It's great to finally have an UO in fort worth because it saves the trip of driving far out to Dallas ever so often. The store is in a growing trending area also there are many restaurants surrounding it. The parking in the front sucks... You might have to park across the street or down the street. The women's selection is HUGE compared to the men's. Also the sale section is in the far back corner -- I alwaysss find cute stuff for a considerably much lower price. The other day I got shorts for $10 which were originally $50. there are tons of cheap cropped tops and tanks as well #winning read more

Its somewhat part of the West 7th strip so you can just pop in and out while scouting local grub places or even hitting up the west 7th pub scene.
