I found out after going to tan one day and seeing a sign posted stating the contents of the space would be held until payment of overdue rent is paid. I remember the salon was closed for 1-2 months they said for renovations but when time was up I returned but ... Poof they were gone! As I said I tried calling them and to my surprise they did answer but only to give me a barrage of excuses and requests to "call back later" which I eventually grew tired of doing Luckily I don't think I had that many credits there so I've simply cut my loses but no doubt this experience and inconvenience has made me even more weary with tanning salons

Sometimes they got really busy with the tanning dept and you would have to wait a few but they made up for it with their outstanding personalities. Over the years i indulged in several of their spa services; hair cut and colour, massage, facials, body wraps and other spa services and no matter who did what, as they have several great spa technicians the quality of service was never second best. Front staff are professional, good looking, sophisticated & friendly even when they are crazy busy. Service staff are great listeners, educated and know how to do their business. The products they use and sell for spa and tan are top of the line. Whether your looking for a quick beauty fix or some low key R & R, I cannot recommend Sunsplash enough.

Their solution makes me naturally bronzed and none can ever tell the difference and I am consistently being complimented on it. Not only are their services amazing so are the staff -their polite, always on time and they are always doing whatever they can to help whether it being to last minute fit me in or recommending solutions to me. She won't allow you to speak or ask questions, she will treat you like a child or worse talk down to you. She keeps on leading with the fact "I'm the owner" and goes on to abuse you and not appreciate your business, which I gave them for year, then it's a tell sign of pure arrogance. I was only trying to understand the difference between beds and she won't allow me to speak. I must say she must have bought this place from a previous owners who understood being courteous. Something she needs to learn if plan to stay in business.

I almost didn't come here because I was expecting a hair salon with one tanning bed, but this is a true tanning salon with multiple beds. Great place to go for a tan. The front counter attendant was fantastic and explained each bed and it's features. They have a bed that allows mirrors to tan your face in lieu of being in the bed (for those who don't like enclosed spaces). Stand up, lay down, spray tan. Ranging from cheap to expensive dependant on the bed. Usually I don't write reviews this long and detailed. But this place is sort of misleading itself and I would hate to see my neighbourhood tanning salon be underestimated!
