They set up a return pick up for me . I went back the location and found one that suited me better and they did a free delivery and pick up at the same time. My spouse and I gave it a try after coming across recommendations on various forums, then confirming on the manufacturers' websites that they are an authorized dealer for the brands they sell. This is not the kind of mattress store that has locations in every neighbourhood or advertises on every TV show. Besides the store being out of our way, it's sparsely decorated with narrow aisles (which was actually a bit of a challenge with our toddler's stroller). Any mattress that's available to try is wrapped in plastic. If you need help, you may need to wait for a salesperson to be available. And while delivery to your front door is free, room delivery and/or haul-away are extra charges. Some people may not be happy with that style of service, which I understand entirely! But there are lots of options to try, prices are very good without having to wait for a "sale", and the salespeople are knowledgeable and don't work on commission. There's also no need to haggle - though extra coupons are often available through their email list. So why we cancelled? The exact same type of Sealy mattress we ordered went on sale for about a hundred dollars less the next day through a certain membership warehouse. National Mattress said they would honour their price match policy even though it was a different model name, which we appreciated, but could not match some of the other benefits of buying through the warehouse. Getting a refund required a return trip to the store but was otherwise hassle-free. Still, we are very happy to recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a mattress in a lower-pressure environment where you don't have to negotiate for hours to get a good value.

For $70, the quality and firmness is very good. The mattress is even flip-able, a feature that is not common nowadays, and can extend the useful life of the mattress. The second reason for the 5 stars rating is the selection. There are 3 models of twin mattress in the showroom. All of them are within my budget of $200. The nicest one costs $200, and it looks like something that would cost more somewhere else. I went to another mattress stores before I came to Springmade. There was only one mattress on sale under $200. One note to people interested in buying a mattress at Springmade: all the prices are HST inclusive, and you can pay by major credit cards. Joe is the owner. If you want to, you can negotiate the price with him directly. I didn't bother to negotiate cause $70 was cheap enough. Thank you, Yelp, for leading me to Springmade.

I saw the sign for a $299 queen sized walking down the street and it caught my attention. No way could they do that. I checked out the site and some reviews and orders the level up from their base model. It came in around $500 delivered! They do make a third level that people rave about, but I didn't think it was necessary for my guests who typically only stay a night or 2, totaling 10-15 nights a year. Delivery was fast and efficient. Their delivery guys were friendly and clean. If you need a mattress for your own room, get the top of the line. (Still cheaper than most other brands). Spare bedroom, second tier. Cottage, dorm room or first place on your own, get the entry level! You can't go wrong for the price. Especially delivered!!!! Keep up the good work dozy!

There are recommendations for each condition or symptoms on the website which I was very pleased to see and all were helpful. I went in and ordered my bed. They delivered it and set it all up which I was very pleased about. If you are looking for a specialized bed at a great price - this is the only place you should be looking.
