As a frequent shopper I enjoy their loyalty program, every once in a while I get $20 off. They usually have good weekly sale items on a variety of everyday and specialty items. Helpful, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Convenient highway access with a medium sized, free parking lot. The thing that pushes them to 5 stars for me is their community support. Not only do they provide donations, etc. they have a room that they share with community charity groups free of charge - now that is easily worth a star.

The cashiers are rude and push you along without providing bagging help. It turns out that the cashiers must spent a certain amount of time per customer so they are timed. This is a bad policy! Perhaps, they can't given that the store treats them as if they are on an assembly line. Prices are not properly displayed. Help from staff while you shop within the store is non-existent.

The advantage of this mismanagement mess is that if the advertised prices are lower than what it says on the register screen, if you ask for it free, and everyone should, you get the product for free, if it costs less than $ 10.
