Even though the person working was very nice, the pizza was probably the worst I've ever had.

First time trying this place. It was ok but to be honest it wasn't the best nor the worse if you get me. My hubby is from New York so he's very picky with his pizza so this is more like a MOD pizza type of ambiance. The pizza tasted like it still wasn't cooked enough. I guess it's all preference. We like more of a crispy type. The customer service was great though I can't complain about that. read more

This location is infested with ants I went on October 22 ,2025 . I had ordered my food and didn't think much of it then once they started to make it I stared to look around and saw a bunch of ants all over the floor and where they keep there ingredients like the meats and vegetables toppings for the pizzas just crawling all over the place that I felt bad to cancel since I canceled the wings already since I saw the ants and the worker made me feel bad so I still payed for the pizzas but grossed me out since there was ants all over the place and where the actually food was . Great!!! Ever since I've come back from visiting Italy, it's been hard to be impressed when it comes to pizza. But Urban Bricks brings it! I had the White Shroom and it totally hit the spot. Yummy!!! The owner suggested I had some Pesto dressing either on the side or drizzled over. AMAZING!! It really pulled everything together! Highly recommend! We have eaten here several times (around 5 visits), my wife likes the wings and my son and daughter like the pizza. It is a bit on the pricey side, but typically the quality is good, the food tastes great and there is a decent selection. For the 4 of us we normally average right around $50.00. The last time we ordered my son wanted to try the CBD pizza on the secret menu, one of the toppings is dorito chips (yes, I know, but he is 16 and honestly, I was intrigued as well). When we got home and opened the pizza, all the chips on top were burnt...I mean burnt, burnt, they were black. It was inedible, all you could taste was burnt chip....like eating a tortilla that someone forgot on the burner for 5 minutes. We called to let them know and was hoping for a refund on that one pie, however the lady that answered said that is how it is supposed to be. Nowhere in the description of the pizza does it say you will have cauterized dorito chips, if so, I would not have ordered. See pictures...I scraped off the chips so my son would have something for dinner, basically left with bread and bits of chicken. I am giving 4 stars because, again the food is normally good (try the nutella banana dessert) and the service is typically on point (Michael is awesome), but we will probably hold off visiting for a while. read more

First time going to this restaurant for take-out. Service was good but I was disappointed with the food. I got their buy one get one free pizza for in house ordering. My one pizza was just a plain cheese pizza(free) - the sauce tasted like it was just out of the can but not much flavor;and my other one was a margherita pizza , I asked for white sauce. They put a grain(?)on the tray before placing the dough on it( maybe cornmeal) and that came out black on the underside of the dough. I don't care for my pizza to be black (granules) on the underside. I also got a half Greek Salad and the small tomatoes were mushy. My bill was over $15.00. They will up their game before I return. I had the voodoo pasta and thought it was wonderful. Also, the cheesey bread was very good, addictive. They use a slightly sweet garlic layer under the cheese and it was awesome. The place was clean and service was very friendly and helpful. It's like an Italian Chiptole's as you go can create your own bowl or pizza and pick out the ingredients that are there in front of you. I'm not sure if she had a hearing problem? I can't seem to communicate with this girl. I asked if there was Pita bread. fish eyed stare. pita! is there pita that comes with this? eh? pita. I pointed in the direction of some flat dough. she says you want a pizza? no pita bread? guy standing next to me buts in, says I was asking for Peter bread. no. I wasn't. but he needed to impress his wimmin on his manliness and butt in. seems that flat bead wasn't pita, and no they don't have it. I asked the girl if she spoke English, so I could determine which phrases to use. angry fish eyed stare. salad was made with rancid sunflower oil dressing, no tomatoes, old bitter onions, greens had black spots, so the Greek salad was greens, onions and feta. if you're expecting anything on the menu and don't speak an exotic foreign language, don't bother. definitely don't bother with a "Greek salad"! won't be back here. read more

Not worth the price. Bought two regular sized pizzas and the flavor was fine but the crust was too tough to eat. The pizzas were small/thin for the price and just not good. My friends and I were looking for a cheap bite to eat. We thought why not try this place out . The ambiance was kinda eery considering there wasn't any music playing and the guy making our pizza seemed nervous about everything. We ordered the fire bird and he forgot the buffalo sauce and just proceeded to squirt only one half of the pizza with buffalo sauce and the rest on his hand. The toppings were disgusting, onions, chicken, etc, it was like eating the lowest quality pizza ever. The bread really saved it from being returned. My friend ordered the fettuccine pasta, but he felt sick a while after eating it. Overall we hated the place and are surprised to see it still open. We used urban bricks for a large catering delivery order. Amazing experience from start to finish, working with Michael. We shopped around and found this to be the most affordable option for good quality pizza, pasta, and salad for a group of 50ish people. The food was delivered and set up on time, was delicious, and again Michael with delivery was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set.
