My 16 year old daughter and I went in for cute short haircuts...we were hoping! We left with mullets. We just didn't realize we both had mullets until we got home, washed our hair, and let it air dry. My daughter realized there was a problem at the salon but didn't know how to describe it. She told Wanda it looked like she had a helmet on her head and it was really thick and fluffy at the bottom. It was my daughter's first pixy type cut and she told Wanda she was afraid of having a mullet and she shared pictures of what she wanted so she was really sad it turned out to match her fear. It's was pretty devastating for a 16 year old girl just days before the first day of school. We were lucky to find someone to fix us both up before school started. read more

Urban Bleu is the BEST hair salon I've ever been to. I trust Jo with my life and my hair. She does absolutely fabulous work. Her instagram tag is @strandsbyjo and she is AMAZING. My last appointment with her I had to change last minute, a week before I left for college, and she squeezed me in THE NEXT DAY! The vibe is always immaculate and the other stylists do a great job too. My friend booked at the same time as me with someone else and her hair was adorable!! to say I tried a few hair salon since I moved here on March 1 from Texas is an understatement, they were rude I had people cancel appointments at the last minute and I had one girl cut one side of my hair longer than the other, yikes! I finally found Leslie at the salon and she knew what I wanted she listens she paid attention she cared enough to do it correctly so I am now her clients I've had her do my hair at least three times and it comes out the same every time unlike the other places that we change the color every visit lol! This is a super cool little spot in downtown Rogers. It feels very trendy, and has many houseplants and a great atmosphere to be around. I moved here recently from California and didn't know where to get a haircut yet. My hair type is very thick and wavy/curly, and all my life it's been very hard to find a stylist who can style my hair well. I called to schedule and appointment and they set me up with Reina. She must be my favorite stylist yet, and both times I've been now, she has given me a cut that I've felt confident about.
