Since moving here from San Francisco in October, I've been looking for a good chiropractor to…read morereplace the amazing one that I had in SF. I have definitely found one on Dr. Grant McDonough! He worked through my scheduling issues and saw me at a time that was super convenient for me. He was nice and personable, and extremely knowledgeable. It was the first time I've ever been to a chiropractor that was a man (my former dr. was a woman) and he made me extremely comfortable the entire time. He made the adjustments that were necessary and I've felt great ever since. The rates are INCREDIBLY reasonable. The parking is easy, and the building wasn't hard to find either.

Let me tell you - Dr Wes at this clinic is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in administering…read moretreatment that not only has helped my back significantly but has enabled me to continue my activity of choice in distance running. I've seen many chiropractors over the last 8 years between Denver, New York, Chicago and Seattle -- and no one has used such an integrative approach for my lower back -- not only in adjusting my back -- but in creatively thinking through treatments to help including cupping, tissue manipulation, stretching and exercise assignments, and form coaching to help me improve on a day to day basis. Having recently visited an unaffiliated chain clinic in illinois where the chiropractor literally would only administer 90 seconds of treatment and have you spend the rest of your time with aids doing stretches -- I had such a deeper appreciation for Dr. Wes's approach. And - he's an overall awesome human.

I've been going to highland sport and spine since spring 2020. Over the past year, I've seen each…read moreof the 3 chiro's and both massage therapists. Each of them are AMAZING!! My Chiro appts have included active release, dry needling, electric stim and adjustment. They're super thorough and do their best to help you not be in pain. And they give you exercises to help you further. Scheduling online is super easy. I pay out of pocket and it's only $75 to see one of the chiropractors and $80 for an hour massage. It's really awesome when it works out you can schedule your adjustment and massage back to back!! If you're in any kind of pain, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment. The initial eval for Chiro may be more than $75. I don't recall what I paid for that or if it was higher. Either way 100% worth the money. Cara C

But also a literal statement since October 2024. I was shocked that there was a chiropractor literally 2 blocks from where I live. I had had no idea…read moreat all that it was there. AND this chiropractor came highly recommended from someone that lives in my building! Cap Hill continues to reveal its unique neighborhood treasures well into year 2 of living here! I emergency made an appt here because I had had several shooting pain episodes at my part-time job and had no idea what was happening. I had gone to 2 Thai massages and they did help some things but the shooting pain thing down my leg returned. During my first appointment with Dr. Eisenhower, I felt like one of those wooden faceless dolls that people use to learn how to draw anatomy from. Dr. Eisenhower just pulled every limb and my spine and neck and literally uncrunched everything! He said I adjusted well. I had no idea how crunched everything had become! I had been working at this new job for only 4 months! I literally felt like a new person after my major first adjustment and found the ice pack on the roller machine afterward to be very pleasant. I could even put my hands palms to the floor bending forward which had not been possible for several months! I felt slight elation as well! I literally felt like I had just been woken up in LIFE. Prices are extremely reasonable and if you've been going to chiropractors throughout your life for 40+ years, then you've probably seen a RANGE of what goes on at a chiropractor. Dr. Eisenhower's place is very calming and his personality is friendly and calm. He does not seem to be aggressively selling a "chiropractic lifestyle". So that felt very positive. I've been 6 times now and am very pleased that I have not had any further shooting pains and I feel well on the way to a full recovery.

I've thought this with our interactions before but gave her the benefit of the doubt because everyone has bad days. Today, Nicole was extremely argumentative and telling me that I was wrong and she was right about cancelling a package that I've tried to cancel a few times before. When someone tells me what I did and how I think/feel and that I didn't say the things we've discussed multiple times, Nicole needs to start taking notes. But she is nasty and rude, and the reason I'm no longer spending money with CC. I said to her that she needs to brush up on client services and she changed her tune for about 20 seconds. This is an ongoing problem and I don't think this owner/manager is either aware of her lack of client services or he just doesn't care, or treats people the same as Nicole (I was going to Randy who is fantastic and not an owner/manager).

Upon arriving for your visit you are greeted and welcomed - the hospitality is warm and friendly. The office is clean and modern. The treatment is excellent - I'm pretty sure I've come in tears hunched over and left in smiles standing tall...every time. I recommend everyone I know to see Dr. Todd and will continue to be a loyal patient.
